    I had a similar device that came from a different vendor. When I could not find an exact replacement after the device failed, I turn to my old standby Best Buy and ordered this product. It arrived on time and in perfect shape. Installation was a snap, and the problem was solved.

    I took my printer and then my hard drive to the Geek Squad and the 2 men (Johnny and Avery) we worked with were super. They had us fixed up and ready to go in short order. When we called and had a mobile geek squad to our house, that man, Caleb, was so good and knowledgeable. He even helped us reduce the number of cables we had for our computer equipment. I strongly recommend these folks.
