    Instructions didn’t make it easy to install. I had to look a YouTube video in how to do it, but modem/router works as it should.

    Working from home, the last thing you need is your internet going down and that’s exactly what happened when when a purge surge bricks your modem. (Was able to replace old one via warranty, but sticking to this one) i was able to secure this nice modem quickly from BB and back online within 20 minutes. Activation was easy and linking to other routers made all those affected happier. Great router only single issue I would have is size. My previous modem (same specs if not better) is tiny compared to this one.

    Modem- Router works fine, but had a difficult time setting up with Xfinity took 3 days and multiple techs to solve the problem. Works great now and I am very happy.

    It is billed as a 1.2 gig cable modem. The most we could get it up to was 134k. The most the Xfiniti tech could get it up to was 136k. This will not replace your Xfiniti modem. We pay for 1.2 gig internet and once you are used to that 135k seems painfully slow. I actually took the first one back thinking it was defective but the second one duplicated the perfomance.

    Want to change the username for the modem? Too bad. It will claim to save it once you change it, but then will claim both the new AND original username are invalid.

    I’ve had to factory reset this modem more than four times, but it’s the same problem over and over.

    Due to factors I’m not listing here, I didn’t try setting up this modem until after the exchange period ended.

    I hate this product and wish I tried setting it up sooner, because I would have returned it right away.

    This has been the best modem/router I have purchased in a long time. Xfinity is always trying to push their products on me but this one is approved by amd Specifically works on Xfinity internet. Haven’t had a problem since.

    Awful router. I bought this product and it worked for about 60 days then it never worked again for more than a day. It literally worked up until I couldn’t return it anymore. I contacted manufacturer and they couldn’t figure anything out or return the product. I switched to ATT fiber

    I bought this to replace a much older router, so that it could better handle the increase in internet speeds with my internet plan, so I could have better ping for a MOBA I got into, as well as to have better streaming and download speeds. And it really does the job, I haven’t noticed lag in my matches (provided we’re all on the same country server), and it does the job for downloads and streaming. I think this was a worthwhile purchase
