Love this cell. Fast has very crisp picture and excellent sound. The screen protector is the thickest and most clear yet.
It is hearing aid compatible, thankfully not necessary yet.

To be fair, I am partial to Moto phones so my review is slightly biased. All in all it’s a good phone. I dont use my phone for much more than talking, texting, shopping, reading emails and googling answers to questions so it’s not as if I put the phone thru a rigorous test of its functionality. But for those things I just listed as a part of my phone habits, it’s a solid option at a reasonable price. I will say this though. I HATE that they push certain apps on you to download. I’ve never had that experience on any of my previous 4 moto phones and if this is a new standard i will find a better option. Once you get past that garbage, it’s the Moto I love and know.

i had bought the phone on line at best buy an had it shipped to my home when i took it in to get it activated the salesman was not fully qualified and said I had to return item then repurchase the phone in order to activate it. I had to wait twice as long to get it going and still didnt get everything i needed done with it

I love it. Feels perfect in my hands meaning weight and size. The screen is a great size everything thing is just so clear with amazing color. I love the fact that I now have way more memory than my last phone. Personally for me it was so easy to set up non complicated at all. Upstanding gaming features. The sound is loud and clear. Battery lasts 2 days before charging is necessary. I will be recommending this product to whoever is in need of a new phone.

I had to purchase a new phone because my “Living Good” was getting out dated. Being a senior citizen, I had no clue which to buy. I was totally dependent on the sales person at BestBuy, who was not very informative! His suggestion was, “Yeah, it’s a good phone, I mean it’s the latest.” I hate it because it has so many features, and signing into stuff that makes things complicated for me! I so miss my old phone! I wish the powers that be did not make it obsolete! I can’t find the clock, delete, and the volume for the alarm and ring is too low, even though I put it up to the highest point! I wish someone could walk me through the basics of this phone! Right now I do what I can with it!!!

The battery on this phone is very good, although it did drain quickly in transferring my content from my old phone. The set up is similar to my old Moto Power 2021, so this new phone is easy for me to navigate. For some reason, my text messaging (not SMS) doesn’t appear on home screen, but I must scroll through all the apps to find it, which is somewhat inconvenient, but usable. This was an unlocked phone and reasonably priced for 128 memory, although it seems to using memory more rapidly than I would like.
