    Works great. I had already upgraded my wifi then it was time to upgrade my modem. The setup was simple and my internet is running fast.

    My ISP has a habit of disconnecting frequently at a certain time of day. This modem recovers very nicely and hooks right back up! My previous All-in-one had to be manually reset. All I need now is patience. (about 30 seconds) If DOSAIS 3.0 is all you need, this is the one to get!

    Have had for almost a year, No problems at all. Along with a new Wifi router, went from 60mbps to around 200mbps. Was easy to install and hook up with cable provider.

    Easy to program. Haven’t given me a problem since I purchased it.and it has a on/off button on the back really helpful because you don’t have to unplug the modem if you need to reboot it.

    Easy to set up and use. So far it performs great. Xfinity can be a pain in the butt but it was simple enough even for them.

    This modem was great for about 9 months, but then my download speed fell from ~100 mbps to less than 10 mbps. Support from my internet provider came over to test esch part of my syster (their cables, my cables, my modem, etc.), and found that the modem was the issue. They swapped in a replacement and I was back to ~100 mbps. So it looks like modem is failing with less than 1 year of us (ok a 2-year warranty).

    I bought this to supplement the modem I was renting through my internet service provider, as I would enable me to get more out of the plan I was paying for. Definitely smoother connection and less lag.

    This works great. I have spectrum internet and kept having to reset the router/modem they give you so I went out and bought this and the google nest router and now my internet is super fast and never cuts out.

    Great modem, have had no problems. We had an old one that Xfinity said was the root of our internet problems (it was not). This one works as well as the one we had previously, which is very well. The issue was a bad line in the ground, not the modem, but we’re happy with this new one.

    it’s a cable modem; works fine with my 300Mbps xfinity/commie-cast connection . . . which shouldn’t be stretch for its abilities. The main point is: 1) i save $14/mnth compared to the Commi-cast modem; and 2) i could install a very much better phased-array router that covers the whole house.

    For Xfinity plan…states up to 400. I received an error email from Xfinity that the modem doesn’t match my plan. I’m not sure if it was Xfinity’s error or not.

    It was easy to set up; however, my service dropped. returned the unit.

    I don’t if it was my service/Xfinity or the unit.

    Pretty basic cable modem. Thought I needed a new one so that’s why I bought it but as it turns out there was an issue on the pole on the outside of my house that my cable/internet provider needed to address and I didnt need a new modem afterall so this was returned.

    Most of what you need a cable modem to do is to just work. This one does that and is able to support faster speeds. Well worth the cost and better than paying a monthly rental fee from your ISP.

    I had wifi rated up to 300Mbps with Spectrum, but was only getting around 30Mbps with a combo modem/router. I invested in this and an ASUS (RT-AX3000) router in order to work from home, classic, but to also just use Wifi without constantly buffering. So frustrating. But that is a thing of the past, as now I consistently get speeds of >300Mbps! Wifi hasn’t been a problem since (~4 months strong). Added bonus, I thought the directions for setup were clear as well. Highly recommend!
