    Have not played yet but it looks really good will do.

    First off, everything listed in the ad did not come with my game. I was happy to find an instruction book, which should be in all games..especially in ones which are $70

    I love sprite base side scrolling action. The Darksoulsmetroidvania is getting old. Everything seems overpowered and cheap hits abound. The parry system isnt great either. you can see it coming with an icon over the enemy but even then the detection is way off resulting in cheap deaths. I’ll play it every now and again. Still, seems like a great addition to an over saturated genre

    Moonscars is a 2D pixel-art Indie Metroidvania with Souls-like gameplay designs. Many of the notable features and mechanics fans will appreciate and enjoy from earlier predecessors.

    Great game! This a good souls-like with a good plot, and it arrived fast and on time.

    I bought Moonscars originally for the packaging, knowing nothing going into it. It’s turned into one of my favorite games to date, the pixelated artwork is so nostalgic for me. The farther you get into the game the harder it becomes, and the constant change of enemies really keeps you on your toes.

    Great for gamers that like metrodvania genre. I didnt leave a 5 star due to it feeling a little repetitive. However, this game has some roguelike features so I guess its intended to be that way.
