We really like the French doors that make it very easy to retrieve hot items from the oven. The split racks glide smoothly but the stationary racks barely slide at all and appear to be creating metal shavings every time I slide them. I may see about purchasing additional split, smooth gliding racks but in reality, for $7,200.00, I am surprised that it has such poor quality racks in the first place.

Such an upgrade – so may nice features and can deliver better cooking outcomes. I also love the fact that it sends notifications to your phone and that you can start the oven from where you are!
