Susan –
Amazing microwave/oven/convection oven! This oven has many features and I really like the pull down door. The oven is Bluetooth enabled and will allow for recipes to be downloaded.

Great multi-use oven. convenient. better operating instructions would be helpful

Nice looking microwave. Seems good we’ve had it for over a year.

After having our Advantium oven installed we were eager to use it. The microwave experience is as expected of any microwave I have had in the recent past. The rest of the oven experience is … confusing. There appear to be 2 main menus – one were the combination oven is called precision cooking and the other where it is called speed cooking. Having used it a couple of times, we can not figure out how to get back to that menu including precision cooking. Nowhere in any of the literature is it stated that speed cooking and precision cooking are the same thing. Acceptable coverings for foods are also confusing. Certain places in the literature tell you to never to cover food while others tell you to only cover with plastics. Still others say that aluminium foil is ok. This is so confusing that I am unwilling to cover any food for fear of blowing up the machine! I still have never figured out how to effectively broil (although there is a consistent button for that). Ultimately any oven that takes you 20 minutes to figure out how to heat a piece of pizza is too complicated. It should also be noted that I have called customer service and they agree that the user interface is very confusing.

Very easy-to-use display, much more user-friendly than the model it replaced. We’ve already used it for microwave, baking, and convection baking. Heats up much faster than our regular oven. Connected to wifi and it’s already updated itself.

Replaced an older model that stopped working. This is much better and easier to use. Use the sensor mode a lot. It works out what you are cooking and sets itself to the best mode.

Many cooking features as compared to other high end microwave. Replaced with same model after 10 years.
