    Thought I’d try mint instead of straight talk or any of the others. Price wise it’s excellent, I did notice it periodically dropped calls even in areas with great service but overall I think it was good value and I’m mostly satisfied.

    I was really nervous about switching from a name brand carrier over to mint, but they just kept jacking up the price and I was paying over $75/mo for Tmobile, which just didn’t feel right.
    Bought this mint mobile card with the transfer information and was up and running in less than an hour. Its super easy and their customer service was an actual human who helped immediately. I’ve had no issues and the price is unbeatable.

    So far seems to be good although I was expecting to get the deal for new customers at $15 per month but the Best Buy employee who set this up did not activate the correct plan. I didn’t realize until a few days later & was told by Mint Mobile they couldn’t adjust the pricing

    I read reviews prior to switching. I switched to Mint Mobile after being with Tmobile for 25+ years. It was an investment that saved me tons of time and money. I love that you can pay monthly, every 3 months, or for the full year of service. Best rebudgeting tactic ever. I would highly recommend if youre looking to rebudget, but still have unlimited talk, text, web without all the poor customer service, hidden fees, hidden and exorbitant taxes.

    Honestly, returned item. Just changed my mind. I hope this doesn’t keep me from being entered into the drawing for the $400 gift card. I could sure use it. Everyone that has helped me at Best Buy this year has been really great and extremely helpful and (because I can be a pain when i’m frustrated) extremely patient. I don’t know if anyone really reads these but I really do appreciate the crew at the Best Buy (east side, Evansville Indiana) they have Always been helpful and extremely patient. Not many places that i have shoped in recent years can say that so in my opinion the folks working at this branch deserve a big pat on the back and maybe a raise. Thanks again

Long time AT&T (formerly Cingular wireless) and spent some time as T-Mobile carrier customer, for the pricing depending on plan Mint is actually good for one person. The transfer out process to Mint is simple and quick. All you need is an account number and PIN. No problem. Highly recommended for anyone trying to save money.

    Whoa! Who doesnt love mint mobiles prepaid unlimited plan? Because i loves it. Its great. You get 5g high speed internet that is on the tmobile network which is one of the top tier networks around. With unlimited data,text and phone time, i can call whoever and whenever i want. Even though i got no girlfriend to call or text. I even get so lonely, i call 1800 lonely and dont got to worry about blocking numbers because this is a prepaid line i can get rid of. With best buys giving a holiday sale, what more could you want?

    I told the sales person I wanted the deal where I pay 3 months and I get free three months. However she did not provide me with the deal I requested for. Even though I received a 45 this doesn’t add up to the deal I requested for. 3 months is equel to 90 dollars and not 45 dollars. When I called customer service for mint mobile, the nice young lady said that they would have provided the correct chip for my phone that is 6 months for 90 dollars.
