    The mint mobile 7 day trial is a perfect way to try and figure out if you want to switch services. Very is to activate and services stops after the 7 days. The savings with mint mobile is amazing! Highly recommended!

    This mint wireless trial never worked at all. The app refuses to run the activation to make it work. Not worth it, and you can’t call customer service over a trial SIM. Unbelievable.

    Quick and accurate service. The lady at the desk allowed us to use the store phone to activate the first phone since we needed a working phone to get started. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

    best buy’s service is great, it always has been in my experience however mint mobile is not. they use deceptive means targeted at 55+ age group. claiming they will get services for 15 a month, what they dont tell you is that you have to buy an entire year for that price. its deceptive and its targeting seniors. i recommend tello as there service is straight forward, cheap, and excellent tech service

    I have been using Mint Mobile over the past 2 years and have had no issues with quality of service, never had a dropped call (except where expected to, tunnels, ect). I got this for my wife when she came to the US and she’s loving it as well. The convenience of paying in advance for up to a full year with better savings is the best. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of over paying for the same services.

    It was for my brother. He lives in Europe. All this did was a temporary Sim card that was for 1 week.
    We had to have the company send us a new Sim card. We had 2 new phone numbers within 1 week and about 3 hours on the phone to clear this all up.
    The sales representative at the store said it would work right out of the box.
    So no it was more of a pain than necessary.
