    Bought this needing the plan no later than the next day, which is why the “Instant Delivery” claim was a selling point. Turns out Best Buy means 24 – 48 hours, when they say something is instantly delivered, and are completely unwilling to resolve the issue over support.

    Talked to 4 different people and kept getting redirected, only to end up cancelling the order – which was also a process in itself. Spent more than an hour trying to resolve this issue with the support. Definitely not buying with Best Buy again.

    I have two phones. One with at&t, the other with mint. Mint is FAST! My at&t phone has been giving me more and more issues lately. I might switch over to mint completely. Great coverage too!

    Do not recommend. This is for Mint service with an ESIM ONLY and cannot be applied to existing Mint Mobile service if you have a physical SIM or a phone that doesn’t support ESIM.

    So when I first bought this I didn’t realize what an esim was, I thought it was just a 3 month plan, after spending some time speaking with mint mobile and them figuring out how to help me and understand my confusion they ended up figuring out that my phone isn’t compatible with the esim. He told me there more for ios, pixel, and another type phone so just go to mint mobile website first to see if your phone is compatible with an esim before you buy. This isn’t the actual physical sim you insert on your phone. Also incase you didn’t know like me, esim is a virtual sim card that’s automatically added on your phone with a code.

    I purchased this card and it gave me an opportunity to add my phone number for the 90 day unlimited plan. They denied me to exchange my business line that Mint held, prior: I then tried to activate another number, or any number and was denied access. No benefit from this purchase. Past 90 day return.

    Wasn’t what was described in description; this plan is only for new lines and when i wanted a refund because it wasn’t for existing customers. I couldn’t get my money back but every rep i talked to tried to give me it because it wasn’t working.

    Get goods signal from almost everywhere. However, if you want to keep the same number for another 3 months it cost extra than buying a new plan with new number.
