    After 2 days of digging and chatting with customer support for my old carrier, mint, and best buy, I found out it is best buy’s fault this product doesn’t work properly. Best buy advertizes this product as eSIM which is in the name, but this DOES NOT include the proper eSIM activation information. You will need a QR code or a long complicated activation code – mine was 20+ digits long. Best buy does NOT provide this code with this product, you will need either a physical SIM or you will need to purchase an eSIM from mint directly for proper activation.

    I still never had an access to the esim it’s not activated yet and I contact the Customer Service Department but it seems they keep posting me about the issue and sending me from one Agent to another.
