    I was surprised at how easily Mint could be installed, and I’m not very good with phones. This saves me a ton of money compared to my previous cellphone plan, and the coverage is solid.

    Make sure your phone is compatible (the list is available online), and then take the dive. You’ll be glad you did!

    I’ve been calling tech support daily re: number port in. Previous carrier says number released. Each time Mint tech support gives same answer “no record of escalation we will escalate and call you back in 24-48 hours”. Recommend return if your number does not port within 24 hours. Reading online, this is not an isolated experience.

    Its okay it works. Its fairly fast when it works. But there are a lot of spots it doesnt work or it gets really slow. For the price it hink i cant complain. Just wish was a little better so i can give a 4 star

    I have had it for a week and can’t tell the difference from my previous carrier (T Mobile).
    Super easy to setup and port my existing number over.

    When the SIM expires, it holds no value. We bought 2 thinking we would try one first. Mint was a pain to setup. Ended up giving up the 2nd card.

    I works well on TMobile system but no domestic roaming. It would be nice if you can by the sim kits to add onto an existing plan but it does not work that way and so far the only option is renewal through Mint. When renewing through Mint your charged tax and other fees that are not tax on the sim kits.

    This is the first time I received something from Best Buy in such a bad shape!! We got a nice envelope perfectly handled from the outside then the surprise was when we opened it!! It seems that someone had a bad day so he tried to destroy our package!

    So far so good. I came from T-Mobile so I understand what service I should expect. Service has felt like 90% of what I had with TMobile. The buy 3 months get 3 months is the best time to get this card. Porting my number just took minutes. You just need to know your account number and PIN for porting. It’s definitely a good value. I probably could’ve gone with the 10GB phone plan, but got the 15GB for future proofing.
