First of all, the installation is not included for this washer. Before buying this washer. I asked about the installation by calling the service phone number. In the beginning, they told me that the installation is included and I should contact local store to arrange an installation. So, I just purchased it on website and then went to local store asking about installation. At that time, the local store told me that there is no installation included. That’s fine, I just installed it by myself. When I opened the box, there is minor damage at the exterior of washer. I though it didn’t matter and then plugged -in the power, chose highest water level and then run a normal cycle. After five minutes, there was a crashed sound from the washer. When I looked inside, something supporting the drum crashed and the drum tilted to one side. It ‘s terrible because the drum was still running. I immediately disconnected the power, found two guys to bring it outside the apartment (there was full of water), tried to drain all water out and then packed it for return. What a joke of this washer. I ever used it to wash the clothes.

Love this little washer, bought online and wasnt home when it came – was boxed up like fort knox. No dents no issues – unboxed moved it up two flights of stairs by myself.
Clothes was quick and clean.

I live in an apartment so I’ve been looking for something small. This is actually bigger then I expected. So I don’t know where I’m going to put it lol. It’s as big as a full size dishwasher. So you’ll need space for it. I’m posting this info for anyone looking into buying this, since I could not find any info on this washer when I was shopping around for apartment size washers, and needed it. Also this Midea washer is the same exact washer as the Magic Chef brand at Walmart.
I’ll give you examples of what you can fit in each load.
I put 10 (large, x-large) t-shirts in one load. I also did a load of towels and put 4 big heavy towels in there. Another load I did a queen sheet, and 6 pillow cases. I also did one twin comforter. If you over load your washer with clothes it doesn’t spin all the water out, so when the machine is done, you’ll have to put it back on a spin cycle to get the rest of the water out of your clothes. It is very heavy. I really like it, just wish it was a little smaller so I could put it in a closet when not in use. When hooking up the hoses to the sink make sure the washers are lined up perfectly before screwing them on, or it will leak out the sides. If it leaks just take it off, and try re-screwing it back on. Might take a few tries. Its a little tricky. Hope this information helps.

Had the option to rent this item from my leasing office for 50.00/mo and decided by buying one it would pay for itself in under a year. i am active duty and can fit my entire uniform plus plenty of other items in one load. I have done my whole bed linens, multiple pairs of jeans etc with no issue. I don’t like that the soap dispenser is not designed for liquid but i dump my liquid soap into the drum and let the water mix it up before I add my laundry. This product is very quiet and does a great job. I do not have to go to the laundry mat and it’s relatively space efficient. Good purchase.
