I’d have given the computer a 5 star review if it weren’t for the ridiculous design of the power cord. I’m on my 4th power cord. The magnetic connection is very touchy and eventually the cord stops coming into contact with the charge port. It’s maddening.

This is excellent entry level laptop, but that being said, it is one of the best. I could not believe the price. You will not be disappointed, I love it! The build quality is excellent, as well as the resale value. This laptop runs very cool and can run almost every app you can think of. It is good for multitasking on a daily basis and can handle light gaming. I am mostly a Mac user, when it comes to PC usage, Microsoft is the best! This laptop has an excellent touch screen, runs cool and quiet, battery life and decent graphic capabilities. Worth every penny!!

This seemed like a good deal and I was pretty happy about it until l started noticing the problems one by one. Some of the stuff was the horrible absolutely horrible battery life, the screen is way too glossy, the keyboard has a lot of flex, and the top part of the laptop feels good, but the bottom part does not.

I love this laptop so much, it’s the perfect size and the velvet pattern on the keyboard makes it feel so luxury.
I’m upgrading from an old Acer and I wanted something with the build quality of a MAC but on a Windows OS and this is the perfect mix.
Pros: Luxury Feel, Face-ID to Unlock, Touchscreen, Speakers get really loud, Sturdy Keys, Backlit keyboard.
Cons: Luxury price point, No SD card slot, No HDMI port, Only one USB A port, Camera is meh.
The cons are not that big of a deal for me but it is important to note before you buy and these things are essential to you. Other than that, no complaints.
