They did an excellent job The tech was very friendly and knew what he was doing Iam very satisfied

  2. Phs1991

looks good in the car. Little trouble with the hands free operation but the technician fixed the issue. It works great now.

As the title states, if your Journey has the factory 8 inch screen, this doesn’t work really well for it. It doesn’t come with the steering wheel control module, it does not retain your factory backup cam, and you lose the sounds made by your backup sensors.

  4. SophOzz1

I hate that Dodge made it so that you had to purchase a kit to have a stereo installed that is not OEM. I would have liked the stereo to be able to be installed in place of the OEM. With that being said, this kit is great. I have gotten use to the buttons in a different location for the climate control. They can be a little finicky with the response time, but other than that; it is a good kit.

  5. EAFLORE

The buttons on the kit replace and control the OEM buttons for the original climate control in the vehicle. Without exaggerating, 70% to 80 % of the time, any button had to be depressed more than once in order for it to accept the action. In addition, for any button to accept the action, it had to be depressed with more than the usual pressure that any good functioning button requires in order for it to work. The product serves the purpose, but it is a worthless piece of crap. BUYER BEWARE!!

  6. JayY

Places radio screen low with lip blocking half of the screen. Using as a back up camera requires you to look at the floor board. This is dangerous. We had the system removed. That on top of being overpriced.

  7. HeatherH

Had problems whenFt. Collins tried to install but the Greeley office (Carl) was able to fix everything and was able to get me in to have done right away

  8. Nita

Would not recommend it. While the product itself did its job, the installation was terrible. I ended up paying way more than I was told it would cost. And it was installed incorrectly causing my car to have major electrical issues
