    Bought this for my mother-in-law because she stays up late at night to watch TV and can’t hear so the TV is blaring and my father-in-law doesn’t like it so with this she was able to listen to her shows without disturbing him sleeping. And it’s very comfortable, so she actually uses it

    I got these when my father was in the hospital. He wanted to watch TV but couldn’t hear it without the volume being way to loud for a hospital environment. These headphones saved the day. They were easy to hook up and get going. The battery life was long enough to get him through most of a day and could be charged when he was sleeping or when we were in visiting. I tried them on and the ear surrounds were soft and did not seem like they would hurt like other head phones I’ve owned. Were they worth the price? You would have to ask my dad, he kept them when he was released! I’d say he enjoyed them.

    I went to Best Buy looking for something would help my wife hear tv again being she’s deaf in one ear and 30% hearing in the other and her hearing aide not being given to her from Kaiser for another month. I found these head phones and smoke on my wife’s face says it all. She can adjust volume to her liking on head phones and I can adjust volume to my liking on tv independent of each other while watching tv together. My wife has special need for earphones like this and she is so very happy to be able to hear tv again and gave control of volume while not affecting volume I set on tv. Imagine how many couples or family members like to listen to tv at different volumes. This device is perfect for this too.

    They worked, but I did not receive a charging cable for the headphones, so they died. The wire installed by the initial geek squad member was not for charging. It was just an audio cable from headset to computer.

    THE HEADSET HAD INTERMITENT CHERPING SOUNDS AND OR LOOSE THE SOUND COMPLETELY. HAD TROUBLE KEEPING PAIRED TO TV. WHEN IT WORKED PROPERLY——- IT WAS GREAT !.

    This is a really well functioning headset. The sound quality is great. The padding over the ears don’t hurt after a while. They don’t feel too heavy on the head or neck. We like using the different sound settings. The only thing that would make it better is if it had the ability to go louder and not ruin the sound or system. Our grandmother is going deaf and these just don’t go loud enough for her, so she has to bring her own pair every time she stays with us. The battery life has a really great range. We’ve left it on by accident over night and after a few uses and the battery still didn’t fall below 60%.

    I bought these for my parents. My mother can watch tv and listen to the tv through the regular speakers and my father can listen through the headphones at a higher volume. They have an older tv (2019 Insignia) and I was able to set it up for them quickly. An added feature that I don’t know about is they also connect through Bluetooth to their phones.

    I am disappointed in this set that I purchased four days ago. About once an evening the signal is lost and it takes some reconnecting activity to get it back = way too much trouble for old people! We’ll be returning these to our local store, for sure!
