    I’m very pleased with this dryer. It was reasonably priced even with deliver, installation, and removal of old dryer.

    It is easy to use and the moisture sensor seems to help in getting things dry.

    Haven’t owned it too long but everything is working great so far. Delivery and set up was very good. Best Buy had the earliest available delivery date than any of the competitors. I also bought a Whirlpool washing machine a couple years back from Best Buy and that also went well.

    I don’t use my washer or dryer much since I live alone. I was attracted to this model for its price. I purchased the matching washer a year ago and the dryer last month. I was disappointed that on the dryers 3rd use the motor would make a grinding sound and lock up. I was happy after reporting this to Best Buy they replaced it with another new unit.

    So far so good. No indication for load points kinda wish it had an agitator for the covers. Sheets covers and blankets all ball up into each other not sure if getting fully cleaned. Also dryer does the same thing all sheet and covers just ball up and I have to untangle several times before dry. Dryer also doesn’t handle heavy loads takes alot longer to dry than I thought. I only give three stars cause at the end of the day I needed them and they get the job done eventually.

    Pretty good dryer. The only problem that I’ve had is that on a couple of occasions when I pulled the lint screen, the lint matt dislodged from the screen and fell back down into the dryer. I tried sucking it out with a vac and a hose to no avail so I don’t know the long term effects of the lint balls that are now on the inside of the machine.

    This dryer is solid and does a great job of getting things dry, but there is one thing about it that irritates the hell out of me and is why I’m deducting a star. Which is the humidity sensor that constantly shuts it off if I’m trying to do a wrinkle release.

    If I set it to wrinkle release then I want it on a low-medium heat for like 15-30 minutes to get out wrinkles, not 75 seconds. Plus you’d think timed dry would solve this issue, like “Ok let me just set it to the lowest time & run it for that duration, that should bypass the sensor.” Nope! Does the same exact thing, so in order to actually get a wrinkle release going I have to keep a spray bottle by the dryer & mist the clothes & inside of the dryer a little bit to actually get it to run for any significant amount of time that’d actually result in wrinkles being released. Not a huge deal, but really annoying.

    Sensitive start button! Have to hold the start button down forever before it starts.
    For a large dryer, clothes take forever to dry. My old dryer dried faster than this one and it was old and noisy m, but it dried the clothes.
