I’ve used the Scosche and Metra equivalent of this kit.. don’t bother with anything but this Maestro piece. This is THE kit to get. It looks great, fatory style controls.. and the biggest thing; IT WORKS. Don’t bother with anything but this piece. Highly recommended.

The guys knew what they were doing when they recommended this. Similar items didn’t fully integrate with the Ford. Works great….

I was most afraid that the dash kit would look sub-par and not like the rest of the dash but I am pleased to say that Maestro knocked it out of the park. This worked with my F-150 Super Crew with My Ford Touch screen. Do not get the dash kit that normally comes up, as it is for an F250. This absolutely works with the F150 and has hook ups for USB, HDMI, Optical and one other (sorry, I cannot remember).

This is a great kit because it has some minor changes to fit the dash but other than that it keeps the same look as the original kit!

Great install and looks like it came from the factory

When it works right it is great. Good fitment and not cheap feeling. Looks like it is from factory. Now the bad constantly says dash kit not installed and I have to shut off the car to get it to work again. BTW when error is present you cant do anything on stereo. Upon looking on web seems to be fairly common problem with only fixes being to spice wires, yes I have reflashed and reset it with no change. Disappointed!

I’ve only had this installed for about a week. Everything works as it should. Kit looks nice. The knobs feel cheap when turning and don’t even feel close to the factory ones. Luckily you get touchscreen controls when installed with a touchscreen unit.

The kit looks great and you can’t tell it wasn’t installed by the factory. The tech did a great job and it did not take long to install either

Blended in with stock dash. Looks great. I read that people were complaining about the environmental controls not showing you the settings but the settings are digital and on the stereo screen. Just have to push the knob in and the screen pops up.

While this is a great kit, the one I received is a newer version, and iDatalink has not updated their install guides for it. There are some great updates in the newer model (for example one of the USB ports updated to USB C), however there are some changes that are not outlined in the outdated installation guide, such as: there are no bare wires to connect to your head unit’s wiring harness – in order to get to the bare wires, you need to cut off a harness (circled in the attached photo). there is no OBD2 connector. you’ll need to either splice into your OBD2 port or create your own connector (I used a cheap connector from Amazon). There were a couple other small issues to sort through – if you call iDatalink’s support they can walk you through it. experience may be different depending on your year and trim level. there were a couple of extra wires in the kit (photo attached) which had no explanation where they go, so I just left them out. in the end, they just need to make some updates to the installation guide which gets generated when you activate the RR unit and everything will be perfect.

Very good fit. Looks factory and so far it has worked great. It’s a little pricey but worth the money.

The dash kit works well but it took quite a while to get used to it becasue it’s NOT like the original one.

Buttons/Knobs are not oem quality like advertised.
