I’ve only been using these headphones for a few weeks, but so far I really like them. I’ve been told that I sound a lot clearer on these than I did on my older Logitech headset. They are pretty comfortable to wear and I like the feature of being able to go on and off mute just by flipping the mic up and down. I also find that I have good signal range. I’ve walked to several different rooms in my house while on meetings and had no breakup or dropping.

These “bluetooth” headphones don’t stay connected to bluetooth at all. Everytime I turn them off and back on, I have to completely re-pair them to the bluetooth on my computer. They constantly disconnect or my audio output changes sources when switching to a different application.

Light-weight, excellent sound quality, and hits the right price point.
I am able to walk away, far away, from my desk and still answer and talk over the phone. I have not measured the distance, but I can walk to the back of the house and even to the front yard to collect the mail and not lose contact.

When my last headset of four years died I was buying headsets and returning them looking for something that was at the same time comfortable and easy to mute the mic during online discord calls. I went through a couple of different headsets before landing on the zone 100 and I liked them so much I just didnt bother to return them for anything else. I can wear these all day and they have a style thats not obviously “communications headset” and more “over ear headphones” with its low profile mic boom. Plus the real selling point for me was that muting is as easy as flicking the mic boom up and down like the logitech G95’s I had growing up
If I hadsay any drawback it is that when the mic is open the sound quality takes a dip vs in muted music mode. Which is to be expected given the bandwidth it has to work with, i was just not quite so used to it comin from my old Jlab Plays which had a generally more consistent (albeit generally lower) audioquality
Id say its a solid piece of equipment and Im glad about the purchase

Unfortunately lately, Logitech’s peripherals have taken a massive drop in quality, sadly, this does not seem to be an exception.
Battery life is good, I get about 10 hours out of them, pretty much a workday.
also they are quite comfortable and light and honestly sound wonderful.
Why 1 star then? Allow me to break it down into two parts:
Bluetooth, and Logitech’s support.
First bluetooth, while it connects and generally operates fine, after charging in particular, the connection becomes atrocious. Output will cut out randomly and intermittently, I have isolated it to the device, i.e it happens across multiple of my devices regardless of distance to the source device.
Logitech Support, in my previous experience has been dismissive and slow to respond with professional products. I have no reason to believe a budget pair of headphones would be any better.
Unfortunately this may be the last Logitech device I will ever purchase; which is an absolute shame, I’ve loved the MX lineup, and thought the world of Logitech for making products for the professional, however gaming brands are more reliable and seem to offer better support.

It a perfect headphone, the surroundings noise is very minimized and the microphone sounds is very smoth.

Comfortable and good range with bluetooth. Able to wear them upstairs without losing a call or music.
With that said I am returning them after a week for the following reasons:
1. The noise cancellation mic isnt that good. Partner works beside me in our basement office and it picks up her chatter. I imagine if I worked in an open office it would also pick up the noise.
2. Sound quality isnt that good. I love listening to music, and even the audio calls have worse quality than my last headset.
3. Battery didnt last as long as Id like. Basically needed to be charged every night if I use it for 8ish hours a day.
Originally bought as my puppy chewed through the cord of my last pair. Sound quality and noise cancellation is a high priority for me, and this one didnt cut it.

These connect via Bluetooth as soon as I turned my laptop on, but for whatever reason, it took 5+ minutes for the headphones to actually work and receive sound. The microphone has to be down in order to hear anything; if you put the microphone up to mute yourself, it also mutes the audio. They do fit comfortably, and the sound was great once it actually worked. However, I returned these and purchased the Logitech Zone Vibe 125 that connects via a dongle, and they work so much better. You are able to still hear audio with the microphone up and muted.
