    I’ve owned two pairs and I won’t make the mistake again. The first pair, the right speaker died in about four months. I had to tap it to turn it on and even then it would click off. I contacted Logitech, they sent me a new pair. Same thing, this time in about six months. I’m tired of buying and replacing garbage. Not when my 6 year old Turtle Beaches went on for so long.
    The software is also AWFUL. About half the time it doesn’t open up so you can’t make adjustments. Sometimes, the mic won’t work when pulled down. Flipping it up and down does nothing, the ONLY FIX is to QUIT THE SOFTWARE and completely CLOSE IT. Then the mic works. But then you can’t adjust your EQ… Save your money and time.

    Excellent product. Great connection and sound. The only down side has been the battery needs consistent charging from out of the box. Easily solved, and the device give plenty of warning when the battery is low. I have already recommended to many friends.

    Comfortable and nice sound quality, immense sound seetings to choose from via Logutech G hub program. The connection point between the headphones and the headband are very flimsy though, and the power switch is easy to break, so it can cut in and out randomly if dropped once.

    I’ve not had for even 6 months before it started having issues. If you don’t mind the bloatware and the microphone completely breaking at random then you might like this headset. The battery life is good but that’s about all that works with this.

    I really like Logitech but I have had this headset a few times now and the audio always gets really bad or one of the speakers dies while wiring in.

    The headset works great and is comfortable while it works. My first set worked over a year before the power button gave trouble then went out. This pair worked for 8 months now it turns on but no sound. I am not sure I will replace them with the same product again.

    These Honestly are the best headphones I’ve purchased these are my second pair I bought my first in 2020 and sat on them and snapped the left ear but I tapped them and they were still working like a champ I truly recommend them to all my friends in real life and on my gaming platform it’s truly the one of the best u can buy

    The headphones themselves are great. They sound amazing, they dont hurt when you wear them for a long time and the ear cups can be replaced if youre a sweaty person in humid climate. The software leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with my logitech headphones and logitech g13 software that would support one and not the other so i had to run 2 different logitech software suites to get functionality for both at the same time. A minor issue for a small group of people.

    I bought this headset back in December of 2021. They have been nothing but great. They were easy to set up. The sound is great and voice communication is excellent. This headset also will work with the Nintendo switch in the docked position.

    I’ve had this model headset going on 3 years. I’ve only had to exchange with warranty once, and only reason is because I damaged the charger port. This headset’s sound can be amplified on the Logitech app, making this one extremely loud. As long as you have a PC to access the Logitech app, this thing is LOUD. Perfect for COD

    When it works, it’s fine. But it has problems connected and being recognized multiple times a week. Updating firmware, hardwiring in, checking G Hub, etc. never seems to fix the issue for long. I’ve replaced it under warranty twice now and inevitably start running into the same issue. Either no sound or no mic connection. Very comfortable, but that doesn’t matter when it doesn’t work.

    Bought because i wanted to replace my hard wired logitech headset so i didn’t need to be attached to a cable all the time. Works well for a large head. The power switch eventually broke but logitech sent a replacement since it was under warranty and had no issues since. I might prefer the wired version in some ways as occasionally sound cuts out due to signal loss or interference or something.

    This headset is great for the price. The range and sound is satisfying.
    My only gripe is the Speaker Cushions. They can be a challenge to reattach if they fall off.
    I am hard on my equipment and this headset has lasted me 15-20 months without having to use my replacement policy.
