  1. JamesK

Its a good buy for the price it will stream games and play them

  2. KrystleS

This thing is awesome! Hubby placed all kind of old school games on it that i am thoroughly enjoying playing again! Get you one of these, you won’t retreat it!

  3. Ramiro

Best item 8 can have and it let me play my games with ease

  4. Name

Best buy I’ve done on Best buy. This product is perfect cor Cloud gaming, Emulation and Android gaming

  5. Jose

Overall all, it was good. Bought the open-box and everything was working well, just didn’t need it for the moment.

  6. CoryS

I’ve had the G Cloud for 2 months, and it’s been a go-to for playing games without being tied to a desktop or Xbox. Daily use in my house.

Then the right thumbstick broke and now its a paper weight. Best Buy won’t help because it’s outside the return window, and Logitech support is virtually non-existent. So if you want to spend the money for a device that won’t last, go for it. Otherwise check out the alternatives.

  7. TylerM

Great product for streaming games or light emulation up to PS2.

  8. HaileyH

This is great for online cloud gaming. I also have used a few emulators for GameCube and NintendoDS on here and it works well if you take the time to set it up correctly. It does take time and effort, but worth it!

  9. TylerR

This is a fantastic cloud gaming consul. It has great ergonomic design has phenomenal performance when paired with steam link and Xbox cloud gaming can I can recommend anyone looking to get a great handheld console.

  10. MadelineS

Worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working, never turned back on.

    Approx 6month of usage review:
This thing is awesome. I use it every single day to stream my PS5 at the end of the night when I want to lay in bed and play. It also means my girlfriend and I can play together in a room that only has one TV, or my son can watch TV and I can still play my games.
I don’t use it for Cloud gaming as PlayStation still doesn’t support that on mobile devices. I definitely recommend to go with the third party streaming app for PlayStation called PSPlay, as it’s better in every way than the Sony version. They have an Xbox version too.
For the people who want to use this as an emulation device I would advise you to do some research and set your expectations. This is a streaming device first, and an android gaming handheld second. That being said this is probably the highest quality chassis you can find, even if it doesn’t have the highest performance. Almost all android gaming handhelds use the garbage Nintendo Switch Joycon style joysticks, which are terrible no matter how much you mess with settings. This handheld is almost identical to the feel of an Xbox One Controller, with squeaky and worse triggers.
The CPU in this thing was meant to have the best battery life, and thus can only handle up to GameCube/Wii titles with some Minor/Major tweaking. Don’t expect to run games like Wind Waker at 4x Res with widescreen hack on if you want good frame rates. Do expect to run them at native/2x resolutions quite well with a few bells and whistles turned off.

Although it doesn’t have WIFI 6, I’ve had zero issues streaming my PS5 at the highest quality settings with multiple other devices connected at the same time.

I can’t wait for the GCloud 2, because this is an amazing first attempt at an oversaturated niche product.

  12. TroyS

Got for the wife has lots of game options and battery life is great and wife loves it so much I got 2

  13. EduardoH

Overall I heard it’s pretty cool being able to stream any systems games

  14. Xavi

It does what it’s supposed to do EXTREMELY WELL.

Remote play Xbox & PS5 (I recommend the third party apps). Play cloud games (GeForce, Xbox cloud, Steam link, Amazon Luna, etc.) Also, download hundreds of apps and games from Google Play.

It has bluetooth, micro sd card reader, 1080p screen, GREAT ergonomics and a 12+ battery life! This console is a beast! 100% recommended.

  15. user215902

Works really well for streaming games from your console. Comfortable to hold and long battery life. Depending on your internet connection speed cloud gaming worked really well. Almost no lag in control input. Overall was a joy to use as long as you realize what it is intended to do.

  16. RobertS

Little flakey with connections with computer. A very desent controler

  17. RandiC

My husband has played this nonstop. He can take his Xbox games on the go.

  18. UncleHootie

Great Device. Perfect for quick gaming on the cloud or from your gaming system. I use it more than my ROG ALLY.

  19. MatthewF

Excellent Customer service! Definitely will be coming back to ahop at this location again.

  20. LakeishaM

  22. MarkusB

My kids love it. 8yrs 10yrs nothing overly special about it the way they use it but they play game pass Minecraft and Roblox. They love it way more than tablet. It’s smooth. Runs very well to be on WiFi.

  23. JordanR

Very convenient and met my needs and expectations in what it was purchased for.

  24. CMoss

My son loves it. Easy to use and he’s loaded up with games.

  25. JesusB

Quality graphics and easy to use.gaming is great!!

  26. PhoenixR3born

As someone who games on both PC and PS5, this device was appealing to me as it allows you to stream from both. I really like the frontend interface that Logitech has setup, it allows apps to quickly and easily be launched. I found the performance of the device was acceptable when streaming via Steam Link. The addition of Bluetooth is nice as it allows you to link accessories, such as wireless headphones. When paired with my Airpod Pro headphones, I noticed little to no audio latency. Battery life is fantastic, I estimate between 8-10 hours depending on use. However, when streaming from my PS5 there is a small but noticeable input lag. I have not experienced this lag when streaming on my iPad or laptop via Remote Play. Also, the device is fairly comfortable, it is a little more comfortable than my switch, although not near as comfortable as an Xbox or PS controller.

I ended up returning the G CLOUD for a PS Portal as I find myself doing most of my gaming on my PS5. The Portal screen is slightly larger and colors are brighter and more vibrant. Also, I do not have any noticeable lag on the Portal like I did on the G CLOUD.

Overall, if you are looking for a device that can stream from multiple platforms (or mostly platforms other than PS5), the G CLOUD would probably be a good fit. However, if you want to primarily stream from your PS5 (and don’t mind being tethered to good WiFi), the Portal provides a more well polished and comfortable experience in my opinion, and comes in at $150 cheaper.

  27. SheilaB

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son….he absolutely loves it!!

  28. Sumsup

Returned this, wanted to try Microsoft cloud gaming. Who has time to wait 4 hours to wait until you can play a game? Even games 4 years old said they were popular and I needed to wait in line for my turn.
Tried to use it for steam remote play and for the games I play there was noticable input delay even though visually it looked like things occurred at the same time. It was comfortable in the hands though.

Cloud gaming just isn’t there yet.

  29. Spencer

The price point of this device is excellent, and the feel is actually very nice; unfortunately, the stream quality was pretty choppy on every network I tested the device on

  30. Jones

Can stream from your Xboxone Sony PS4 PS5 and can be used to emulate several games systems. Android operating system allows you access to same apps as your cell phone. Expandable memory.

  31. WadeS

Honestly, these things are profoundly underrated. When compared to other handhelds like the Ally, Legion Go, SD, or Ony, it’s just a totally different animal. Dedicated streaming platforms are a new breed, and IMO, they are going to be the way of the near future. Local play and rendering on ANY console is getting progressively more and more unnecessary. The power required, (in comparison to streaming), is heavy and limiting. I have a dedicated Gaming PC with thousands of dollars invested into cooling and power. I can literally see the power draw on my electricity bill. Even if I had a handheld capable of the same power, id still go for the GCloud. It’s light, powerful, and long lasting. The battery mileage may very, but Ive seen upwards of 8-12 hours of play without need for charge. On a 7 inch screen, the differences between 1080p and 4-8k are surprisingly less obvious than one would expect. The same can be said for refresh rates I.E FPS. I can see this thing serving well as a travel Console or wvwn just something to keep and play around the house. If you buy it, dont expect it to replace an ally or a SD, because it isn’t meant to. Compared to a Kishin or a backbone, this device is king.

Logitech G CLOUD Gaming Handheld is cool, but there isn’t much support for anything outside of Xbox Cloud Gaming. Xbox Cloud Gaming app comes preinstalled, all you have to do is log in and play. • The Xbox Cloud gaming experience is just ok. I have internet speeds of 1GB up and down and I still had lag spikes and buffering issues. • The official PS Remote Play app works but it doesn’t acknowledge the gamepad making the G Cloud pointless in that regard. The work around its paying $6.49 in the Play Store for the 3rd party app PSPlay. Which works but still requires some research on how to effectively set it up because you will receive an error attempting to connect and play online remotely. Not to mention the input lag makes it hard to play and enjoy• The Steam Link app works but lacks the necessary support I assume. With my PC being connected via ethernet and having a Ryzen 9 5900X paired with a RTX 3080 and 32GB of RAM I still experienced lag and buffering, even while sitting in the same room as my WiFi router. I’ve seen reviews where people are having no issues, likely because they choose to use an emulator to play retro games. But for the AAA title games, it’s a no go. I purchased and returned within a matter of hours. Purchased at 12:18PM and returned it at 6:22PM. A ROG Ally or a Steam Deck would be the best bet if portable gaming is what you’re looking for.

  33. TopChoice

Great hand great controls the pictures awesome 12-hour battery life play all day I want it this one for a while once it came out I wanted it and I finally got it and had a good price.

  34. VoltaleMars

Get a steam deck instead. This at this price point is useless.

  35. SeairraH

Fun to play you can play you’re xbox game on there

  36. LandonC

A very good purchase for me. It depends on how you plan to use it. It works great with good wifi. So if you just struggle to get access to your TV because kids, wife, etc. Then this is a good product

  37. Jameze

It has more versatility than the portal and it can remote play for PlayStation as well

  38. MireyaF

Was a gift for my husband and he loves it. The perfect Christmas gift.

  39. TDub

Love it…graphics for online is 3.5/5
    Display 5/5 star
Im favorite taking it with me on vacation…perfect portable device!

  40. Ktowntexas

Kids got this for Christmas from Santa great product and easy setup

  41. Nickoatsam

Kids love it, bei g able to access your xbox games away feom home is amazing. YouTube access and phone capability is extremely important.

  42. NathanJ

Daughter loves this. Great quality feel. Good controls . Took a while to get Sims up and running but once we did , it’s a dream!

  43. KatherineM

The device is sleek and easy to use the controls, it is the cloud usage that is lacking. You cannot access your own prior purchased items easily on steam or xbox, and it is not user friendly for teens/preteens.

  44. NARKOSIS

I’ve been using the G Cloud for about 2 months now. When it comes to cloud gaming, its OK. I feel the biggest issue is the lack of Wifi-6.

Before using this device, I was using my Galaxy S22 Ultra (with Wifi-6) and a Kishi adapter, and its been (mostly) flawless in stream quality/consistency. Once you go beyond 2 walls between your router and G Cloud, the connection starts to get really flaky/janky.

The internals are also very old (Android 11 is the highest). I used Diablo Immortals as a benchmark, and “Low” with mostly high settings below that, is the highest you can go. And this is pretty bad, given a Galaxy A71 5G can run it at “Medium” with mostly high settings.

Ill be returning this device in a week or so. The potential is there, as an all-in-one mobile/cloud device, but they need to update the internals. Especially for $300. Hopefully the G Cloud 2 (if thats in development) will be more modern internally.

If you start getting near/at/beyond $400, you start getting into the realm of full-on handheld PCs like the Steam Deck. Which will obviously do cloud gaming.

  45. Andrew

Great product! Fun to play and really great features

  46. KnightRider1980

Since I can’t get a PlayStation portal, I thought I would give the logitech G cloud a try. I am able to play my PlayStation 5 remotely, as well as my Xbox series X. Not sure why so many people put this cloud gaming device down, but I don’t see any issues with it. It’s a nice way to play my game systems while relaxing in bed. At my current settings, the Battery Life goes pretty quickly, that’s the only downside I can see. Luckily, I have a USB-C charger next to my bed.

  47. SamG

Amazing! Playing Skyrim has been beautiful and the whole system works very well.

  48. Jr1992

Great device for my needs. Less expensive alternative then paying a lot for the competition. Device can be adjusted to your specific needs, what sold me is the better battery life to keep the games going than it’s pricier competitors

  49. SavannaR

Okay device is if you have good internet, lcd screen is awful for playing any newer games though

  50. Taran

I like this device and think it is a cool idea, it is mainly more for ‘remote play’. Which was sort of a shock to me as I was hoping they had their own form of cloud based gaming servers. I was mistaken, the main purpose for this device is to use your already owned systems (PS,PC,XB) and remote play from them. It runs and preforms well at those task. However without having those systems near by to host a remote play session the device is practically useless unfortunately. If they were to somehow make their own cloud based servers I think this would be worth the $350. Until that day I would save up a little more and do what I did and buy the ASUS ROG ALLY, or look into other devices that run windows independently.
