    So easy to set up. Just downloaded the app and followed the simple instructions to set it up.
    Saving myself 15 dollars a month renting the wifi router from Verizon.
    This was perfect for me as I only do streaming to the TV.

    I bought this as a range extender to my service provider’s router and it was super easy to use. One computer was having issues so I created a guest account on it and it’s been great ever since, I never have to reboot it.

    I had difficulty getting through the setup for this router. When I attempted to access the admin page (192.168.1.1 or the dns name from instructions) I was greeted with a page recommending using the smart wifi app. I tried using the smart phone app & never succeeded. Only on my second day of wrestling with this did I discover clicking on that page took me to the login I sought (I thought I HAD to use the smart phone app which was failing for me)

    Other than that the router has been great, bandwidth exceeds my existing home router.

    Con: Tried to connect with ethernet but light kept turning yellow, meaning weak/poor signal. USB worked flawlessly though.

    Started dropping the connection one month and ten days after the warranty ended. Purchased 12/7/21; worthless on 1/17/23. Very disappointed. Though Linksys had very good customer service, I would never again buy one of their products. No wonder it was on sale.

    Router worked great while it lasted. After a year and a half it started intermittently dropping Wi-Fi. I factory reset it which did not resolve the issues. Very disappointing for it to only last as long as it did.

    I noticed that periodically ( once every 2-3 months) need to unplug all connections, wait about 10-20 minutes then plug them back in to reestablish my Internet/ WIFI, my “RANGE” is short. I was using a NETGEAR router and was using a Nighthawk Range Extender. I cannot use that with this Linksys Router.
