I was worried about purchasing front load washers because reviews and customer experiences seemed to be a mixed bag. Having said that I’ve been using this new LG for about a month and I’m very please with the results.
The machine is very quiet and the clothes come out clean. I still use the operating manual at times to figure out what cycle I want for a specific feature (manual is easy to use). I was a little concerned about the spin cycle (it is really fast) and when the clothes start spinning the machine starts to shake but as the speed gets faster everything smooths right out and the clothes are really rung out of water by the time you throw them in the dryer.
Only thing I wished could be changed is the ability to locate the door hinges so that it opens from the left(for my laundry room situation).

I have been a Kenmore washer consumer for many years. I purchased my Kenmore Oasis Elite washer 5 years ago and I had to replace it. I should have been able to get more than 5 years of service out of a $1,200.00 washer.
I did a lot of research before I decided on what band of washer I wanted to purchase. I wanted a dependable, many features and a good warranty. The LG was the only washer that met my requirements. I would highly recommend this machine.

Excellent quality.
Our only complaint is that the door only opens to the left. If your washer is on the left, then this won’t be an issue. However, if your washer is on the right (like ours), then it can be quite annoying.

Just had this delivered and installed brand new out of the box with all the hook ups last week with the matching white gas dryer and it is great , Best buy delivered picked up my old washer and dryer and financed interest free for 24 months. AND they price matched With Sears So I bought this for $ 714.99 and bought the matching dryer (DLGX3361W) for 719.99. Pretty Stoked.

we bought the LG washer and dryer a week ago. on the very first load, the drum in the washer pounded so loud during the spin cycle, we thought it was going to brake the machine. we have tried redistributing the load and cutting back on the load size to the point of washing 3 pair of pants- still the pounding continues. we have also been trying all week to get it fixed and nobody will call when the service arranger says they will. a brand new washer should be be replaced not repaired.

I’ve had this washing machine for a month now and it’s wonderful! It is quiet, even on the spin cycle. It has numerous cycles (love the steam cycle). With a 10-year warranty on the motor, you really can’t go wrong with this machine.

I am amazed, I have never loved a washer before, but I love my new steam LG! The first load I ran through came out so clean I couldn’t believe it. I told my husband look all the stains are gone WOW! Wasn’t sure what the steam would do but it really makes a difference in removing set in stains. My son brings his quilts to my house to wash because it is so big and does such a good job. This is a awesome washer. would never give it up. I hesitated about a front load but sooooooo glad I decided to take the plunge. all the detergent and dirt that had been left in my clothes by my old agitator style is now gone. clean, clean, clean truly a great machine. I love all the cute sounds it makes. entertaining and so functional.

This washer leaves you clothes virtually 95% dry when they come out, saving you money with the dryer. I switch from top loader to front loader, best decision i ever made.
