    bought the dryer and matching washer to replace our old worn out units. They both have been doing the job quite well, and have a lot more bells on them than I’m used to! I probably won’t use half the features on either, but they also look nice. The wife loves them.

    I’ve had this dryer for 24 hours and already run five loads. We replaced a four year old machine that died. This thing dries in half the time and does an awesome job! I used the steam sanitize setting on two loads of towels after drying them and I swear my towels are softer. I’m so glad we purchased this thing!

    I had a front loader previously that had that mildew smell. I ditched it and got this washer. This washer is great. It has a huge drum, so I can even wash my comforters. It has a sanitize cycle and washes clothes in extra hot water. The allergine cycle works well. I washed my son’s giant stuffed toy crocodile on this cycle and it came out looking and smelling new. My clothes feel softer too. This washer also has a magnet to hold the door slightly open when it is empty to prevent that mold smell like the old models used to get. It also has a drain to drain out the old water and a filter to catch those loose items like hair, lint, a key (which happened on my old front loader) etc. when it gets through the cracks. The only downfall is the wash cycles are long. The sanitize takes almost 2 hours. There is a quick wash cycle. Only 15 mins.

    This machine is awesome. Most loads done in less than half an hour. The steamer aspect, which I didn’t think we would use, had been extremely handy for getting out those wrinkles while we get ready. Almost bought a cheaper unit, but am so glad we chose this one!

    I bought this washer dryer set because I needed one. They look great. They are very loud. Sounds like earthquake. But I just shut the door. I worry that it will break or hit the wall. Delivery was just ok. Took a month to schedule appointment and when they got there they didn’t have the right size stacking kit. They wanted to leave in garage. I said no just don’t stack them. I will deal with returning stacking kit to bestbuy. This is not what I had hoped for but I needed to do laundry. I still haven’t talked to best buy yet about returning stacking kit or rescheduling stacking kit install. Mostly because I suspect it’s going to be troublesome and I don’t need the headache. I will call them this weekend. Overall look great. Sound loud. Wrong parts unsuccessful stacking.

    We looked at dozens of washer/dryer sets before decided on these LG products. I wanted front loading machines, a washer with a hand wash cycle and a dryer with a steam wrinkle-out option, a graphite color, and flat surface tops, and this was really the only set which met all my criteria. I did about 7 loads of laundry the first week, and I have been very pleased. I bought the longest extended warranty Best Buy offered, and the Best Buy delivery guys who brought the set out and hooked it up were absolutely wonderful. They even gave me a litle tutorial on how to use them. From the purchase to the delivery, everyone was extremely helpful and gave us 5 star service.

    This is actually our second one of these dryers. We bought one for our business 6 months earlier and were pleased with its performance so we bought another for our home. It does hold a lot and the clothes don’t come out too wrinkled even with a full load. My only reservation is that the “extra time” buttons do not work intuitively. I will have to breakdown and read the instructions. One other issue – we wanted to use the side mount vent option and it was a little tricky finding the right adaptor kit to work for that.

    We bought this to replace our 11-year-old machine, which blew only cold air. It took several do-over rounds to get clothes dry, which made laundry time stretch out forever.

    Then, we bought this dryer. The first thing I dried was a load of heavy towels. Less than an hour later, cautiously opened the door when the chimes played a song signaling the load was through– and the towels were all dry! First time through! It has consistently dried whatever kinds of clothes I put in the first time through. This has cut the time it takes to get through my laundry in half!

    The steam feature is very helpful to take away wrinkles from clothes I leave in the dryer too long, and for refreshing clothes in general. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone who needs a new one.

    Dries things very quickly and adjusts drying time appropriately. I have not tested the steam function and have not used the drying rack yet. Great dryer!

    LG Steam dryer is a great product. Quite, different modes; light when you open the door. Plays music when is done. Does not over-dry; has “cool down” option too. Easy Iron, wrinkle rid settings are very convenient. Love it, and recommend with confidence to everyone.

    Before buying it, I checked online for all brands, reviews, stars, dryer functions, and financing options in Sears Outlet, HomeDepot, and HHgregg. LG steam dryer in BestBuy was the best. I made print out of white LG dryer and went to BestBuy store; they did not have it in white; It was in back order, so they offered silver color on discounted price. Using it for several months now. Great product. Highly recommend!

    The dryer has many options, have not learned how to use all of them
    yet. Does not always get a load of wash dry. May have to sort by
    type of material (cotton, synthetic, etc.)

    This is the worst I purchased from LG. For years I bought multiple filter and tons of my clothes my family clothes ruined because of this dryer. I am not sure why never reported it or sent a review. Like me I am a very busy mom but I am on my last straw. I tried everything else but still all our clothes get stuck at the lint filter wrecking all our clothes. Even I put a little or medium amount of clothes it’s still get stuck at the corner of the lint filter damaging all our clothes ripping everything!!!
