    Excellent product. My previous microwave (different manufacturer) malfunctioned after owning it barely over a year. I was able to get that unit inspected and ultimately refunded through the Geek Squad protection plan. I upgraded to this unit and love it. Definitely bought the protection plan again, so worth it.

    Great performance but I guess it’s so powerful the inside door melted. Be careful of this product. The door is black and powder coated so the fire or burn went unnoticed for some time. it wasn’t so obvious until it got worse.

    Please double check your microwave door its grey and black and it may be hard to see so rub your fingers when you know its cold on the bottom of the door.

    This microwave broke down after 14 months since I purchased it . Getting loud noise while operating ..

    It’s spacious and heats quickly. But the sounds it makes are waaaay too annoying. It makes a loud sound each time you press a button. It has a stupid little song when time is up. Then it CONTINUES TO PLAY THE SONG UNTIL YOU OPEN THE DOOR. It’s not a stove or oven that might burn your food after the timer goes off. No – the microwave stops working at the end of the time. Why does it keep reminding you to open the door.

    Received the new microwave oven, very nice and easy to use. It is extremely easy to use, and really like the features. The only complaint is that if the power goes off, to reset the clock, you have to unplug and then replug it in. This is really “stupid”, and very annoying!

    Haven’t been able to use it. The one we originally bought caused the lights to flash in the kitchen, eventhough they were not on the same curcuit. The electrician swapped out our dimmer switch bc they thought it may be contributing to the issue. The lights still flash like a strobe light. So Best buy exchanged the original microwave for a new one. The same issue continues. The control panel was checked and everything is adequate and functioning well. There is concern whether or not it could be emitting higher levels of radiation so it sits on a shelf unplugged until we have time to return it.
