    It was too big for an over the counter microwave.
    It says that it warms up everything evenly but it works just like any other microwave i have owned.

    This is a great microwave! It is easy to use and looks great in our kitchen. It is well made, the quality is evident in the design and appearance. The stainless trim doesn’t fingerprint easily. The size is perfect for casserole dishes. I was skeptical of the controls (no number pad) but it was easy to adapt. I especially like that it has few buttons – easy to scan and find what you want. And I like the way the door operates without a push button, just pull the door open by the edge. I returned another manufacturer’s model because of lower quality features. I love this LG microwave and am happy to recommend it.

    We needed to replace our precious microwave which just died on us, I got this one because it was a nice price and bigger than our old oven. The interface is easy to learn, and this thing feels twice as powerful as the previous one. Almost too powerful! We keep getting an outlet breaking almost every time we use it; hopefully it means we just need a better surge protector.

    The microwave that this LG replaced was purchased in 1989 so as you can imagine, the features and power that the new unit has is light years better than the unit it replaced. There is a learning curve we are going through, but have been very pleased with our purchase and use to date.

    Purchased this Microwave recently and have so far found it a step up from previous purchases. Seems to heat food very well. Only draw back for some might be that the buttons needed to decide on how to time your food is on the inside. Personally – easy to learn and not an issue.

    I love everything about this microwave from style to form factor, but unfortunately the noise was unbearable. When the microwave is running, it has a very loud vibration/ rattling sound. Then the turn table compounds the issue where the glass surface rumbles on the the hexagon shaped ring which makes it super annoying. Not acceptable, so had to return. However, if you don’t mind the noise, it does defrost meat (frozen steak and burgers) pretty good where meat is still red and not browned like other microwaves without inversion tech. It also heats up beverages piping hot in sensor mode. This model was suppose to replace my 6 year old GE microwave that was getting periodic noise from the magnetron and probably ready to go out soon, plus the door spring was getting weak where you have to help open the door. The noise on the new LG, was louder than the one it was replacing, so that was the deal breaker and had to go back.

    I’ve owned this micro for less than a month and it seems to be making a vibrating sound, so if that doesn’t stop soon, I’ll need to return it.
    Otherwise, it seems to work well. It certainly has unusual menu/ control setup, of which I’m beginning to understand and enjoy

    Works great and its the perfect size. Very spacious, heats up food fast. I have used the smallest version before and loved it so I bought the bigger one for the our break room at work. Only thing I will say is the touchscreen is very sensitive and some people might not like that or how modern it is. I find that you get used to it quick though.

    Our old microwave was dying and this was a refreshing model. Most features are accurate but need slight alterations. Not a big deal. The watts heat up items promptly. Larger than our last one. Takes a little getting used to but very efficient

    So far so good. This microwave performs well, cooks evenly, is quiet and looks nice. The controls are very different from our last one, so it took some getting used to. The main control pad is behind the door, with the stop and start buttons on the front. You can add time from the front as well. I just wish it was all in one place, buts that’s just me.
    The unit itself is very light and would slide when you tries to open the door, I had to put some double sided tape on the feet to hold it firmly in place.

    Great microwave!!! This is my 2nd time buying which I would rebuy if I didn’t like my husband broke my old one and ruined the megatron which is what heats your food but getting it replaced is actually more than the microwave itself so I’m bought a new one! Definitely recommend this microwave love all the settings!

    This is an amazing microwave. Heats everything up evenly. Plenty big enough for my large plates. It is a little noisy but I tried out five microwaves before I settled on this one…. And I can handle a little fan noise I have a microwave that works this good!
