Received this product today. It was in EXCELLENT QUALITY when I received it. Easily un-boxed and able to set up. All items were present. I have to say this was the quickest set-up I’ve ever had for any type of device (T.V, PC, Laptop, Phone, etc.).

Be wary of missing key components, otherwise seems like decent monitor. Wish I had display cables to use it.

Horrible! Bought 2 units. Both died one week apart. I didn’t have time to check the warranty until now. I see it’s limited to “90” days!!!! NEVER AGAIN. I might be out ~$800.00!

Love the monitor color, HDR and pixel density for work, spreadsheets, etc. so I purchased 2 of these in late Feb 2022 and last week 1 of them died after only 11 weeks. Took to GeekSquad to test and figure out a solution and I didn’t buy the BestBuy warranty so back to LG which has gone in circles. I don’t mind buying another monitor as I use them side by side and needed it now while waiting for LG to ship and return. Here’s where I get really frustrated, BestBuy had 5 new ones in box and when I try to purchase one so I have a matching set, they tell me they can’t sell it to me as LG has discontinued and have to pull them off the floor.

This monitor is total trash. Six out of six new ones I purchased died after 50 days of use. LG has a warranty service which requires a 4-5 week repair time and is hard to work with. Save your time and avoid. The company should do a total recall of this monitor.

I bought two of these in March and both have now completely died, they won’t do anything. I called and talked to LG and it is was hard to get through and when I did they want me to go to a shipping store and have the monitors packaged and use a provided shipping label. In several weeks they say I will receive them back. These hoops are frustrating and more then I want to do. For now I am stuck with not external monitors and will never buy LG again. Don’t waste your money.

Monitor stopped working a couple of months of purchasing. I’ve trued different power cables, still doesn’t work.

Great monitor while it worked. Got it online as refurbished by Geek Squad. When it failed returned to store and they informed me that it is not covered by totaltech protection or the rapid exchange program. There may be a disclaimer buried somewhere in the refurbished equipment description that the totaltech program doesn’t apply. Totaltech has been great but don’t but BestBuy refurbished products

After 30 days of use with no problems I woke up, turned on my PC & Monitor, and the monitor was dead. No lights of any kind. Tried multiple power outlets and letting the unit sit unconnected – no luck. Searched Google and Youtube and found this appears to be a common type of failure with LG monitors. I just started a repair ticket so we’ll see if LG service is any good (I’ll update). Shortly after, bought a Samsung monitor to replace it and everything is good so far. A failure after 30 days speaks volumes about the quality of the components. Regardless, if this is repaired I will put LG at the back of my list of vendors for future purchases. When it worked, it was a great monitor for Photoshop editing, but my new Samsung is equally good and hasn’t died – even after months of use. Based on the feedback I see here, and out on the internet this monitor needs an engineering change of a replacement with a different/better unit. I fear they will just fix this unit with the exact same components that failed and I’ll just end up with another dead monitor in the future.
