    I wake up and am about to go to work and realize I haven’t a ironed shirt to look professional in… in swoops the LG DLEX3360W to save the day. 20 minutes in the “steamer” and out pops a fresh wrinkle free shirt. Granted it’s a BR Non-Iron but whatever… looks good and smells fresh too! All while I eat breakfast and check the weather.
    So far this gorgeous dryer has done a terrific job drying our clothes and it has all the bells and whistles we could ask for. It’s only been three weeks but so far its been great and drys alot of clothes fast.
    One complaint would be the useless FlowSense feature. Its been on full bars since day one and I’m not impressed. Basically its a duct clogging sensor which isn’t working too well (IMO). I have a two story house and the duct, while pristine, has to go all the way to the roof to vent. Because of that the FlowSense is full bars all the time. While LG states in the manual its okay to have full bars they state it may also take longer to dry. We haven’t really experienced that but I’m worried LG will use this feature in warranty “battles” in the future if something goes wrong. The units can play a sound into a cell phone which help them trouble shoot which is super cool but we’ll see what happens when and if that happens.
    The delivery guys said they never see any returns on the LG’s (or the Samsungs) and that we should be really happy with the unit.
    They look super sharp on the stands which I recommend for great storage and easy access.
    Our laundry room is now the sexiest room in th house.lol
    Performance gets a 4 due to FlowSense but really its been performing great.

    It started out all lovely… worked great, great “Friendly” sounds…and 3 months later… we did a few loads in the morning, came back to do one more load and when it was done, the clothes were still wet. Tried to dry them again 2 more full cycles and not dry.

    Then to make matters worse, had to call LG direct (not Best Buy) for repairs… this took many phone calls and about 10 days of waiting. Then had to wait for them to negotiate with a local repair vendor… which took a few more days. Then had to wait for their schedule to open up….

    Long story short, I bought a lemon! Yeah!

    This dryer has been wonderful in the 4 months we’ve been using it. Clothes dry quickly and the steam feature is very helpful! It’s pricey, but I highly recommend.

    Have only had the washer/dryer pair for a month or so, and so far no complaints. The controls are easy to understand, with more than enough options. Like most guys I’m the one cycle fits all clothes type, but have discovered that the allergy cycle does help cut down on the my allergy troubles (whether that’s placebo effect or not who knows). Clothes are coming out clean, and drying time seems to be on par with my last front loader set, if maybe a bit quicker. Still a bit pricy, even after the 15% discount I got at the time of purchase for the set, but not horrible.

    Replaced a Duet that was leaving brown rust stripes on clothes. The LG has stainless steel drum and back. It will never do that. The overall quality and fit is much better.
    The LG dries our clothes more quickly and is much quieter than the duet it replaced. It even sings a little song when it is done.
    Only con is that when stacked the controls are high
