    We’ve only had it for a week now and this is replacing our previous LG Dryer that lasted a decade before starting to squeak from the belt. So far this is running nice and quiet with no issues. We love the dual open door for adding items to the load.

    Dryer works well, easily dented though. After installation I leaned over the top to see if there were any leaks behind my washer, and leaned over to make sure the dryer hose wasn’t kinked once pushed back, and the whole top dented in. I tried to take it apart and push it back out but you can still see the dent, and it’s been 3 years so we’ve just left it dented in. Do not lean across the top, or set anything heavy, there is no internal bracing to keep the top from caving in. Otherwise works perfectly. no issues with the touch buttons (unlike our washer). Love how the door swings either down, or sideways/normal.

    This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed doing laundry. My old washer and dryer i had to do like 7 different loads and they still ended up breaking but these i only have to do 2 or 3 depending on color it can hold so much and it washes super fast

    The dryer is now a few weeks old with several loads thru it. Washes clothes very well. My only complaint and not a big deal is I wish it would hold last setting you use with out having to reset everything each time. Also seem to have to adjust up to very dry to make sure it does not leave damp clothing.

    Love the side and front door opening function. Still learning about the steam settings. Clothes seem to come out a little damp, but still learning about how to use. The wrinkle setting works really nice. It’s a learning curve, so far appreciating all the different cycles to experiment with. Just wish LG would expand more in the owners manual about it’s different setting and their uses.

    I was excited to purchase this product. I wanted to like it, I really did. For some reason, the dryer didn’t dry anything fully. Had someone come out and tell me it was because the dryer was on eco mode. Turned that off and still did the same thing. Best Buy did offer me an exchange right away. I decided to exchange and go with a whirlpool.
