This was my second choice as my first choice did not fit in my kitchen. My only issue is that I am handicap and I can not take this out from Micro/Conv oven, I have to have my husband do it. The door on the oven is longer (this oven is bigger than my old one) so it is harder for me to take things out. I did not think of these things when I purchased the wall unit. I am still learning everything that is on the oven.

By far, the biggest waste of money. Purchased a full set of LG appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop stove & microwave wall oven combo). HOWEVER, as soon as it was installed, the wife began to wipe the oven with damp (water only) cloth before putting in the racks and noticed a flaking chip in the blue paint enamel approx. 1.5” wide. How do I know if it will continue to flack off? Several calls were made to LG. Very hard to talk to anyone. Always put on hold. Took nearly a week and several attempts to talk to someone. End results was LG will not support their product and replace the detective device. Now just a few days later, the microwave/oven lost power just before July 4th when using the microwave. Contacted LG & had tech came out. But he couldn’t fix it because he didn’t know how to test it. He contacted LG support and was told their system is down. REALLY!! Why does LG have technicians that don’t know how to work on their products??? Now we have to reschedule yet another visit just to determine the issue plus another visit to fix it. We’ve been w/o oven for several weeks and I had to leave from work 3x. With the flacking blue paint inside the oven, electrical issues and a technician that doesn’t know how to repair it, I’m again requesting that LG replace this oven with a new one. LG should take responsibility and stand behind their products. VERY DISSAPPOINTED in LG products and support.

This oven is fantastic, worth every penny even though I’m still paying it off. The cook time setting works so oven turns itself off after cooking. Preheat is reasonably fast. The included meat thermometer thingy works perfectly and is easy to use and clean. The enamel inside can actually be cleaned by a normal person without following 20 steps like my other appkiances. For the normal (not mega) cleaning cycle you fill a tray with water and put oven on clean. About 10 min later you open and crap stuck to bottom has been steamed loose. Use side of a plastic credit card or spatula to loosen all the way and wipe w paper towel. The high heat maximum clean is extreme — the outside of the built in oven got so hot I turned the cycle off. But it did vaporize everything inside, including window, so it looked brand new afterward. I haven’t used half the accessories that came with it. And I’d like the microwave to NOT BEEP when I’m setting time to cook cos early am that wakes ppl. Other than that it’s perfect.

This is our worst LG purchase ever. The Microwave makes a loud sound while in use as well as after it’s turned off for 2-3 minutes . It’s louder than dishwasher and quite irritating for a microwave.. almost as bad as a typical washer .. please avoid buying this combo unit and save yourself some time and money …

Purchased this oven for a project I’m doing for a disabled Veteran on 12/13/23 – Oven delivered yesterday. Today, 12/27/23, I’m on Best Buys site looking for in wall speakers for another project and in the corner I see the oven I just paid $2500 for on clearance for almost half of what I paid. Called to see about a credit, and was told I would have to return it and repurchase to take advantage of the savings. Initiated the process to be told they didn’t have one in stock. I told them I had one in my garage!! They couldn’t guarantee I would get the new one and it could take 30-60 days. The most frustrating, insane customer service experience in a long time. Looks like I’ll be purchasing all future appliances for projects at Home Depot!!

Well, seeing as I’ve yet to get any assistance regarding my LG Wall Oven / Microwave combination as part of a larger order in which was placed incorrectly by the store associate along with a $199 Best Buy My Total Membership and $150 in delivery fees (despite the My Best Buy Total Membership supposedly offering free delivery). The order was later found to be incorrectly entered and processed by evidence of the fact I purchased a dual washer / dryer combo (electric) but yet upon review of the order prior to delivery attempt # 1 I discovered they had a gas washer / dryer combo showing in my order. I requested assistance from several corporate departments whom all promised I would receive prompt assistance correcting the order to which never occurred. They even attempted to deliver the incorrect order without confirming with me first at which time I discussed the order again in detail with the delivery driver who again confirmed they had not corrected the order and were attempting to deliver the incorrect items again! Despite my clear communication that I still wanted the items I had ordered and was growing frustated with the fact no one could fulfill their promises to call me back, correct the order or clarify what the cause was for so much confusion I finally after several months checked the order online again to learn that a “Cancellation was in progress” and despite ordering the items on a “tax-free weekend” (in which items in store I was told I could hold by grabbing the tag and providing it at checkout for any “open-box items” I later learned when checking out, that wasn’t the case and therefore I had to cut several items I intended to buy out of my order. This item however, was not one of those items only validating how messed up the Best Buy system is in processing “Open Box” items or “Outlet Store” items and zero willingness to work with customers to ensure their orders are fulfilled by price matching or honoring prices shown in store. This and several other errors on their part ultimately lead to my loss of my entire order which I drove over two hours to purchase in store and have yet to receive any assistance in anyway. Clearly Best Buy has grown to a point where individual consumer satisfaction – or even their business is no longer cared about. Once upon a time, consumer business and subsequent satisfaction in their purchases was how businesses measured their business operations and the level of success. Now, a “technology” store selling “technology” products can’t even make their own system operate as designed which is not just a flaw but what will likely drive customers away and in time, likely put them out of business. My advice: Even if it costs you more, don’t waste your time on their “Sale’s” and “Flash Deals” as the good old “If it’s too good to be true…it probably is” will likely cause you to sit in limbo with no kitchen appliances for months like I did. Very upsetting experience after having them hold about $4,000 of mine in limbo with little to no communication aside from when they could deliver the incorrect items to my house. The only people I feel bad for are the delivery drivers that likely had to move these items around multiple times because their corporate counterparts and store associates couldn’t correct the bigger cog in the wheel which is their product management and inventory enterprise system.
