    Looks good, but the trim on the bottom was broken, excluding use of the lower oven. It also took me 2 months to locate someone to install it, since I needed to reconfigure the kitchen wall cabinet to accommodate the difference in size from the one I owned prior to this one. It’s been a nightmare.

    It is an oven, with some smart features which we have not used. Only had oven for two weeks at this point. Bought because was well reviewed by Consumer Reports. Both ovens heat well, and quckly, Seems to heat very evenly based on our backing. Overall very happy.

    Have had for just over a week and received an F3 error code. Apparently if you have any liquid spill you get this code once the spill drys. Don’t even know if we had a spill but if so very small. So apparently this oven can’t handle anything getting on the surface without tripping an error. Also was not even using the oven when error code appeared.

    This is a nice oven – the only issue is the oven does not come with a finishing trim plate for the bottom to cover the cabinet opening. You can purchase a Samsung one that matches pretty good – but why LG??

    Purchased as a scratch and dent. Beautiful ovens, with excellent variety of advanced options, but also simple to use. Wifi is of limitedd use,but does let you set timers etc… very happy with these ovens, especially at the discounted price
