Beautiful dishwasher inside and out. Cleans excellent! The third rack is awesome for small utensils etc. The kids were trying to find the pizza cutter and told them it was in the dishwasher. Got $200 in bets cause of the top third shelf were it was cleaned perfectly! Silly children, don’t question Mom! lol

We purchased the floor model, with a small dent, at a significant savings. This dishwasher is so quiet! I love that. My only complaint is that there is some residual water on the tops of coffee mugs after drying. I’ve tried different settings to resolve this but haven’t found a solution yet. We have three adults in our household and the dishwasher holds so many dishes I don’t even have to run it daily. Overall, we are very happy with it!

I replaced my BOSH FOR LG.. I love it …PROS: 1) Very sleek look, beautiful styling, possibly the best looking dishwasher I’ve seen across all price points. 2) Great Features – two rows of fold-down tynes in the lower rack, easy raising and lowering of the upper rack height, half load wash option either upper or lower rack, different wash intensity settings for each rack individually so I can have delicate action for stemware on the upper rack while simultaneously setting heavy wash for the dishes in the lower rack and, of course, all the useful wash cycles. 3) Easy installation**** (see cons) once your connection lines (power, water and drain) are organized. Excellent, very convenient and easy leveling. 4) Very quiet with normal wash. The turbo cycle, which I selected to test run the machine after installation as recommended in the manual, was noisier though. CONS 1) Most bizzare – the hole you drill in the cabinet partition wall between dishwasher niche and the adjacent undersink cabinet is so low..barely a couple of inches above the ground that it is almost entirely below the bottom panel (or false floor) of the adjacent sink cabinet area. Otherwise the water and drain lines are very likely to be pinched and kinked by the machine at the rear corner. This necessitates drilling a second hole in the sink cabinet floor. Which means if you ever have a water leak below the sink in the future, water will fall through the cabinet floor hole and onto the room floor which cannot be accessed. Be aware of this before you decide to buy. Download the manual and see this detail in the installation / preparation instructions to understand more. Of course, the durability and reliability will only be known over time. So I can’t vouch for that aspect as of now.

I love the modern look and touch features this model comes with. No latch to secure, and very very quite. If you are looking for a well built machine, this is it. Pricy!!!? Yes, but good quality and great minimalist look and feel.

We purchased this item after our previous item failed. We are happy with how easy to clean the front is and how well it washes. The washer is very quiet also. The third rack doesn’t clean as well as we would like but maybe we haven’t figured that out yet.

Your installer was fantastic. He had installed it in no time. He explained to me how to use it and was in and out in a flash taking our old machine with him.

I am impressed with all the features that are available to run this dishwasher. It blows me away that I can even do a diagnostic check on this unit on my iPhone. It appears to be very energy efficient utilizing the “Auto” wash mode.

What a wonderful upgrade. Its very quiet and cleans efficiently. I wish it dried better but its not a big deal if you run it over night. I suppose there is always some trade-off for energy efficiency. It suggests that you don’t need to pre-rinse dishes and its hard to get used to that concept but so far it has stayed true to what it says it will do.

Very disappointed with LG on this one! Dishes are soaking wet with or without JetDry! Half the time the cleaner tablet isn’t even fully dissolved by the end of cycle. This is the worst dishwasher by far we have ever owned!

Doesn’t have a heating element, so you’ll need to run hot water in your kitchen sink to make sure there’s hot water in the pipes before you start the dishwasher. Using a rinse aid is absolutely necessary to get dishes fully dried. Need to run it in heavy duty mode to truly get dishes clean.
The top third rack for silverware….the plastic prongs snap really easily. That top rack will last for two years tops with how easily those prongs snap off. We have had it 8 and a half months and at least a dozen prongs have broken.
It has a nice finish with the black stainless. And it is quiet.
Definitely wouldn’t buy again, but our dishwasher broke during the start of the pandemic and this was one of the few models in stock at the time.

Very long cycle times. Dishes don’t dry unless you turn on extra dry time. Fairly quiet. Faulted out after 11 months. Called LG. Took 2 weeks for them to schedule service, it was going to be another 2-3 weeks for them to show up. Ended up fixing it myself. That is 2 of the 4 appliances I bought that I had a problem with in the first 13 months. Don’t buy LG.

I purchased this product in August of 2020. Within 2 weeks it needed a new part. Now it’s gone bad again. Usually, I love LG products, but this is what I would call a lemon. I do, however, love how much it holds and the way it cleans – when it’s working.

Very disappointed the black stainless steel is not as i hoped. It is peeling, the black finish is coming off around the corners. I contacted Best Buy and they informed me that LG does not warrant the finish after 1 year. It does not matter I bought a 3 yr warranty. It looks like s*&t in my newly remodeled kitchen. It also is fragile. The top or third rack for silverware is breaking off in pieces.

Nice Unit, cleans well, very quiet. Would give it higher rating but the “smart features” with the ThinQ app don’t work anymore. Connected the dishwasher to the ThinQ app in July ‘20 when we first got it but it dropped connection with my new router in Jan ‘21. Cant get it to reconnect. I refuse to redo my WiFi network for this thing! Won’t buy another LG product that uses ThinQ app. By-by LG. You lost a good customer!

Use twice a week with smaller loads and motor already failed in two years. LG customer service did a poor job of getting a claim processed and actually following up. Took three calls and 30 days to get the attempted claim to be filed correctly. I paid for tech to come out. Motor bad. My cost for repair 300.00. Very surprised by the quality of this unit and LG’s customer service. Disappointed with the whole event but does not reflect on Best Buy.

Don’t buy this dishwasher. The direct drive motor went out after only 2 years of service. This left my household with out a dishwasher for many for several months while we worked to get it fixed through repair services. It cost me nearly $200 in repairs. Also, the dishwasher overall preforms very poorly for the $900 price tag. It never fully drys dishes and takes about 4 hours to complete a load on the only setting that gets the dishes about 75%-80% dry. The dish racks have severe rusting after only 2 years of service. The stainless steel internals are also rusting out.
