The worst fridge ever. Compressor conked out after 2 yrs of buying the fridge. The fridge was not cool enough. After complaining they came and replaced the compressor. Now again after a year, compressor has issues and freezer is not cold enough to freeze items. Very bad product. Will never recommend LG products to anyone. Will stay away from LG refrigerator in future.

I purchased this nearly 18 months ago and I still absolutely love it.
Plenty of room in the fridge and the freezer is a generous size. That is wonderful for those of us who buy a lot of frozen food and the main reason I chose this style.
It works well and is very quiet.
Looks nice, easy to clean and moves easily to clean behind it.

This is an attractive refrigerator that is really just the right size. It’s a little deeper than our old refrigerator, but that’s ok. It’s not too big for a small kitchen.

Bought this LG French door fridge a year ago. It was the only refrigerator that fit in the “space available”. Pretty much does everything I want it to do. I had to get use to the shelf spacing to make everything fit and it works just fine. Sometimes bottles on the door vibrate but that is not a big deal. It looks great in the kitchen and we LOVE the freezer on the bottom. Very pleased with the purchase!

Refrigerator is dead after less than 4 years of ownership. Repairs will likely cost over $400, up to $800. The repairs are unlikely to be covered by the short manufacturer’s warranty. Also, Best Buy’s protection plan starts at time of purchase, not when manufacturer’s warranty expires. The repair guys said that he sees LG, Samsung and Kenmore fridges all the time due to parts breaking. Part is on back-order because so many of these fridges are breaking. Save your money!!

I love the visibility; all shelves and door bins are clear and adjustable and the temperature display lights up when you open the doors. Won’t lose or forget items so easily in this new refrigerator. The bottom freezer, a must have, holds so many items! I’m very happy with this refrigerator so far.

Great look and functionality! This fridge may be compact in terms of measurements, but not in terms of look and feel. It holds a lot, both fridge and freezer, looks amazing and the ice maker works like a dream. It was easy to install, was cold and ready to go within a couple of hours and really works great in a smaller kitchen! I love that I can do a diagnostic from my phone and has digital readings for the temperature settings, there is even an Ice Plus feature that makes ice faster if you need it. The ice bin is huge so you will never run out! I have to have it away from the wall a few inches because of the wall on the left side, but it still fits and looks great in the space. Highly Recommend!

It has only been a few weeks, but so far I love this fridge. Two crisper drawers that can be set for fruits or veggies seem to be keeping my produce better for longer. The doors hold so much – we are big condiment people – that items on the shelves don’t get lost any more and we use up our leftovers better. The freezer is spacious and I love the top tray for stuff we grab every day like frozen fruit. I didn’t want any bells or whistles so this meets all my requirements.

After three years of use this fridge stopped cooling and freezing. I have an appointment for repair service scheduled for next week thru LG’s warranty. It was a time consuming process dealing with their service agents. Think twice before buying an LG refrigerator.

The right door doesn’t close properly unless we make sure to push and double check. It always feels like it’s not closed though there is a sound if the doors are not closed properly. The design could have been better especially for the doors.

Contemporary design looks good. Quiet operation. Nice adjustable shelves and bins. I wanted a bottom freezer unit and this was my best choice.
French doors, by their nature, need to be pushed shut. LED light location top front thus items toward rear of lower shelves are in shadows. Outside finish does show smudges. I am not using the ice maker by choice.
Bad design of leveling feet: screwed tight up to the chassis at the factory. Plastic foot restricts access to nut so needed a special thin wrench to loosen. Instructions advise to use a screw driver, which is pointless.

This refrigerator was just delivered. Love the freezer capacity. Plenty of room in the fridge part although the french doors will take some getting used to. I do have taller items – milk, pitchers, etc so needed to remove a half shelf. Ii is plenty large enough. Will have lots of room with the holidays coming up. LG has a stellar reputation so I;m happy I chose this product.

Only delivered yesterday and I’m still adjusting from a traditional 2 door, freezer on top older Amana BUT I think we’re going to enjoy the change. The size is perfect for the 2 of us and the stainless matches our year old LG dishwasher (all stainless is not the same). Like anything new, it’s a learning curve, but I noticed that every time I walk into the kitchen, I smile when I see it. That’s a good sign. LOVE LG products (also have front load washer and dryer).. may post another review in a month, when I’ve had time to get to know Her.

This was delivered only a few days ago. The first two days it made a buzzing noise. There is an alarm that supposedly meant to alert you to cold temperatures. The appliance was set to the recommended temperature and yet it continued to buzz intermittently. Finally….hit the lock button….not made clear in the manual. Otherwise, feeling satisfied with this purchase.

The fridge is great so far. Lots of room inside despite the smaller size of the fridge. Be Leary of having it delivered though. Even though the door way was wide enough they broke the closer on my storm door. We did report it to the third party but nobody ever contacted us back about it.
