    Purchased the microwave oven 11/3/22 and broke 12/23 and tech said its the door latch and would not repair it since the 1 year warranty expired. its a manufacturing defect and store should stand by the product they sale.

    Very nice microwave, but missing one little thing and that is a timer, not a cook timer, but just a countdown timer. Luckily the stove has one, but it was much easier to use the microwave above the stove before. I also use my own popcorn times as the ones built in don’t seem to work well for microwave popcorn.

    It’s not the best in terms of features, but the price was right. It doesn’t have a timer, which I greatly miss. The power level is mediocre so we have to microwave food for longer than our old microwave.

    This microwave is very nice. Unfortunately, I had to purchase it due to the one that I had before this only lasted 2 years and then the panel broke. The microwave worked but it wouldn’t show the time. I hope this one lasts longer than the previous one I had.

    Replaced my old over the range microwave and this is has been heating up so much better. The fan works great and has two settings, wish the light also had more than one setting but i dont really use it anyway.

    This oven was easy to install, looks good and works great. I really like the dark gray interior as it doesn’t show every possible stain. The only thing I wish it had was a stand alone timer, as I like to use the timer for other things besides microwaving something. Clean and sleek looking.

    There is no way to set a timer. The thing sounds like we have the fan running full blast when cooking. It also looks like a missing vent filter is on the top. Oh and when i went to use it to soften a stick of butter i used the quick button and after doing it twice it still wasn’t soft.

    This microwave was purchased in an emergency situation after our previous one died right before the busy holiday season. We had a Goldstar unit that came with the house and this one dropped right in without having to drill new holes in our cabinet. It’s also a good looking device that looks and feels more premium than the price. The functions are spot on – especially the melt and popcorn buttons. My wife is enthralled with how well they work. As mentioned by others, there’s no timer function but with smart phones and smart home devices everywhere, that’s less of an issue than ever before.

    This unit replaces an LG microwave that I bought over 10 years ago and it still uses all of the same mounting hardware so the installation was literally remove two drop the new one onto the existing cleat and replace the two screws. Less that 10 minutes in and out.
    It took me longer to unpack the new unit than it did to install it. !

    Bought this microwave and thought it was great at the beginning , fast forward 1 yr 5 mos later stopped heating the food completely. Everything else was working except it wouldn’t heat.
    Extended warranty expired after a year. Called LG and they will send someone out for $300. Even if the magnetron was bad and it’s under warranty still costs $300. Decided to just buy a new microwave of another brand. Will never buy an LG product again and I used to like them a lot.

    Nice size unit for an over the stove microwave. The controls are straight forward and the size is large enough for all my cooking needs. The easy clean interior is great and love the grey color on the interior which doesn’t show every small splatter as the standard white.
