The laptop is not as fast as my work laptop, but also got to keep in mind the new windows sucks to operate. I can still get my daily routine things done one it though, but got to say the price ain’t worth it’s performance.
Sucks that I can’t take it back, because I was told at the store I cannot return the laptop after I left with it, please confirm.

I love the 2 in 1 laptops, and the functions work smoothly and quickly. I use it for both work and personal, and it performs flawlessly. I particularly like having the number pad next to the keypad instead of as a separate plug in. At home, I have an external keyboard, mouse, and 32″ monitor, and it works well with all three. It’s also an excellent laptop for presenting whether in a room full of people or via Zoom.

It’s built in Lenovo support, settings, and driver update software is very simple and intuitive too! Battery life is also very good, as is the display quality. I highly recommend this for college students, home users, or even home business uersers!

Laptop doesn’t work well in the long term, you’ll start experiencing some issues after a while. It’s been 11 months since I made the purchase and I already see some issues with my laptop.

I have owned this laptop for almost a month.
So far, I like it lot.
The display is very nice with a quick-response touchscreen.
It was easy to set-up and transfer files, apps and a few other items. I performed the updates immediately and removed a bunch of junk apps.
I have never had a laptop with an SSD, so I did not realize that it has a fan and can get quite warm and noisy. I did contact Lenovo and they advised to update the BIOS with an update available on their website. This seems to have worked, but it still gets warmer than I would like as I do use it as a true lap-top. I have had several, so I know not to have it on a pillow or blanket in my lap to keep the cooling vents clear.
The touch pad is very responsive, and I also downloaded a user guide from Lenovo as there are some tips (keyboard shortcuts and the like) in the guide.
It says it uses Lenovo Pen and I have been trying to find out how to get a pen and how to use it. I think this would be very useful. For the price, it should have included the pen, but I am used to things not being included anymore. As a retired person, I was spoiled in the early years when everything you needed was included; now cellphones don’t even come with a charger block anymore – silly, but profitable for the companies.
This is my second 2-in-1 laptop. While I don’t use the feature often, I really like to have the option.
Wi-Fi is very good as well, with Wi-Fi 6 capability. I do have a Netgear Nighthawk router with Wi-Fi 6 capability and it works very well.
I would recommend to anyone who wants a fast, big-screen, reliable laptop. My older eyes appreciate a beautiful, bright, 16″ screen. It is very light and has all of the features that I wanted.
As a sidenote, Justin and Alex at the Plover, WI Best Buy made this an excellent transaction providing outstanding customer service!

The laptop I purchased was listed as Open-Box Excellent. But when I picked up the item in store, no box and clearly it was used for a certain amount of time. Scratches everywhere. It should be listed as Fair instead.
And the “shift” key isn’t working properly. All lower cases can be typed. But I can’t type most of upper cases. Since the price was so low and I can just buy an Bluetooth keyboard instead, I decided to keep it instead of returning the purchase.
