The video card went bad within the first month of owning this. Sent it to the warranty company and am now waiting to get it back.

I was very happy with this laptop, except it was suppose to have the backlit keyboard, which it did not. I returned it for another one.
It is in like new condition.

My PC is always displaying the blue screen of death, even after process updates to Windows and drivers (BSOD occurred right out of the box). Battery life is very poor; perhaps it is due to be refurbished. I thought I would buy this because I mainly use if for browsing the internet and general office processing. Never again will I buy a refurbished computer.

It came in a week earlier than expected and is in great condition, working perfectly. I bought it for a coding bootcamp and it’s working great and meets my needs.

This refurbished Lenovo think pad is fantastic. I don’t think my review is worth much considering this is not likely a highly stocked item. Alas, feel confident in purchasing a refurbished laptop from Best Buy. The laptop came in fantastic cosmetic condition. It clearly wasn’t factory fresh, but it looked well kept and lightly used, you could convince someone that it was new.
My mother has somehow managed to break several computers over the years and now I have her setup with the tank. I personally own an older model of this laptop and it still runs like an F1 car with Unbuntu Linux. It’s about 15 years old, still has a vga output.
This version came stacked with power. It has an older i7 and 16gb of ram, as well as a 500 gb of ssd storage.
She doesn’t need all of that power, but it certainly won’t slow down to updates anytime soon.

Pretty good laptop for the price. Everything seems to be in complete working order for a refurbished unit. A few little marks/scratches from previous usage, but nothing major.
