It’s quiet, efficient, holds a boatload of dirty stuff of all shapes and sizes. We had a similar model in our previous home and loved it. Couldn’t wait to replace the contractor grade GE in our current home and are loving this model with the internal LED lighting.

The design and features are fine, but the washer doesn’t get the dishes clean. Even using the “tough” cycle, the load must be run two or three times before the dishes are clean enough to put away. We rinse the dishes and flatware before loading, but food particles still remain after a single washing and often seem baked on.

Nice smooth finger print resistant surface, it is as quiet as advertised. I do pre-rinse but, we only run it once a week and the “express cycle works juts fine” it saves us on electricity and a bit on water (even though we pre-rinse)

This dishwasher has many well thought-out features and performs great.
The overall exterior look is sharp. The cycle option panel is touch friendly and the built-in time remaining feature is very useful.
The door operation is smooth and at just the right amount of tension so as not to fall open or slam shut.
The third rack with rotating spray nozzles and removable utensil tray has been designed to accommodate far more than a traditional two rack dishwasher. The middle rack can be adjusted in height very easily using quick release buttons on both sides. The bottom rack has a large utensil basket and yet still plenty of room for larger dishes, pots and pans.
The racks slide in and out very smooth and are coated so as not to scratch anything.
The built-in interior LED light is helpful when loading and unloading the dishwasher.
The performance of this dishwasher is great!
Using the recommended dishwashing detergent and rinse aid chamber we have noticed that our dishes and glassware are sparkling clean and bone dry after the cycle finishes, even after a few hours before unloading.
This dishwasher is also amazingly quiet.

This dishwasher replaced a 10 year old bosch. The quality of the construction is outstanding. The racks are high quality. The three levels make this able to hold a much larger amount of dirty dishes and silverware. The LED lighting makes it easy to see. The all metal construction is much better than the bosch that it replaced. The disshes, glasses, and glassware also are coming out much cleaner than the previous dishwasher with no white haze on glass containers even when using the same detergents. The racks are well made with rounded tops, The rails are all metal and very sturdy. Overall impressed with this dishwasher

This is a great dishwasher! It is super quiet as Kitchen AIDS are known for and it does an excellent job of washing and drying dishes. It offers versatility in how the racks are configured and the different modes/combinations of washing and drying. It’s also efficient in terms of time to complete the desired wash and dry cycle. It even has interior lighting that actually makes a difference. Well worth the price!

We got this unit to replace an older one. It is designed to carry more capacity than the average models, and leaves the dishes pristine, shiny. We’ve only used it for about a month, so it’s too early to write about quality and reliability, but so far it’s been a great product, and nice looking!

Love this dishwasher I have had lg and Samsung and by far this is a 10 out of 10. Third rack you can actually put small bowls and cups etc. so quite and gets the dishes really clean even on the express cycle. It also has a fan and hidden heating element. Gets dishes really dry without melting plastics Build quality is excellent. And there is even a light on the upper left side and goes off after awhile if you forget to close the door all the way.

I had previously purchased a complete set of Jenn-Air appliances from Best Buy 10 years ago, and thought it was time to change. I love these 3 appliances far better than the last set of appliances. If you value silence and beauty, this is the dishwasher for you. The only noise it really makes is the noise of the water when it drains. The stainless steel interior is beautiful, and it washes dishes well. Not much more you can ask for from a premium dishwasher.

So far, so good, although it took three tries to get a working machine. Not sure what was wrong with the first install, but Best Buy swapped that out and brought a replacement. The installation team couldn’t get it to work properly, but a third team had no problems. I am just hoping that this machine last longer than the KitchenAid it replaced. The previous one’s motor burnt out after only 6 years. This one is much easier to use.

The unit looks great, has inside lighting, and washes dishes extremely well. However, it is noisy! The description says that it is 44dBA. I find that hard to believe. I would not turn it on with people there as it would disturb conversation. I find this to be a disappointing feature of an otherwise great unit.

This is a well designed dishwasher. The third rack is very effective. Its clever design works really well. All of the features, and few wash cycles all do what they are supposed to do, clean the dishes. Minimal, let me repeat minimal noise can be hear if you have excellent hearing. But absolutely not at a level that should deter you from purchasing it. I’ve owned a Bosch 800 in the past and this rivals it. Drying methods are different and they both have similar outcomes. What I think I appreciate most about this dishwasher is the fact that it not a twenty-year old design that Kitchen Aid is still trying to capitalize on like most others do. They made a few really nice design tweaks with this one.

Pros: It is very well styled. I love the design. It is truly fingerprint resistant and almost truly fingerprint poof. The second rack is very easy to adjust the height. The light feature is everything I never knew I needed. It gets dishes with day old dried soup spotless clean.
Cons: It is VERY noisy. It has a thumping sound so loud if I run it at night, my dog will get out bed and bark at it. It has some kind of humming sound that continues well after the machine says the dishes are clean and it should be done running. You can not fit a half sheet pan in the bottom rack even with the second rack at the highest setting. It does not get plastics dry. I wish had bought a dish washer that pops open when it is done as I think this the best one can hope for when it comes to getting plastic dry. Something to be aware of, when I called to register the product I was made aware by the representative that the warranty only covers manufacturer recalls. I love it’s functionality but don’t trust it to be mechanically sound for much over a few years which leaves me debating returning it. It is stylish but I advise to keep shopping.

One of my criteria was to not hear the dishwasher …my delight this dishwasher accomplished that and more. The light inside plus being able to half load added to my delight. I set the timer to start cycle late at night to save energy, can’t hear it by morning all done. Yes the cycle on normal is long which I believe is for energy which doesn’t matter to me. Oh the third rack …KitchenAid is best. Geek squad installed did wonderful efficient professional install.
