Also purchased a 6 quart kitchen aid mixer. Having a back up bowl is essential when cooking. This item was perfect. Stores do not carry just a bowl for this mixer. Must be ordered online

The was exactly what I needed to be able to have 3 cake mixes in the bowl at one time. The handle is also much more comfortable then the one that came with the mixer.

This is great if you so lots of baking at one time, like when Christmas comes, and want to bake lots of stuff in one day, to have a spare bowl. It’s just like the one that came with the mixer. Been meaning to get a second one, and finally did.

I have a kitchen aid professional 5 plus and finding a replacement bowl has been tough. I don’t think they make the bowl for our mixer anymore unless you purchase one with a machine. This 6 QT bowl fit perfectly on my mixer and has been holding up pretty well. Delivery was also very fast. Better to purchase from here than kitchen aid as you can return to the store conveniently if it does not work out.
