    This stove looks great in our kitchen and very functional. Love the double oven and the griddle on top is great for our pancake breakfasts. So far have not had any issues and looking forward to many years of using this product.

    We are very disappointed, this stove should be awesome. The problem is any time you remove the grates, the stove scratches. Looks really bad.

    We love KitchenAid products and have all matching in our kitchen. For some reason, this stove looks bad. Do your self a favor and pick a different model.

    I like this oven a lot. My only complaint is that the burner grates are very heavy and both sides have to be removed even if only need to clean one burner on one side

    I bought the stove on May 8th, 2022. The oven stopped working July 19th, 2022. I went to Bestbuy thinking it would be a simple exchange. Wrong. They washed their hands of the entire situation and told me to contact kitchen aid as I did not buy the bestbuy warranty. I will never buy a major kitchen aid appliance and I will never buy an appliance from Bestbuy!

    Overall, the features of this double oven are quite good between the double ovens, convection, and a variety of cooking settings. However, I’m rating it two stars due to reliability issues, as since its delivery/installation in Jan 2020, I’ve had to have it repaired twice. The primary issue that has recurred is that the lower oven has a couple of issues with the ability to heat. I’ve also had to have two of the burners replaced (stopped igniting). I’m currently on the third service call where, in less than two minutes, the service tech thinks it’s the ignition in the lower oven. So, either that’s a common issue, or he just knows his stuff. In any case, I’ve spent about 50% of the cost of the appliance just in repairs since owning it.

    Would love to know how this oven works. We have been given several delivery dates but are then notified (sometimes) that the delivery will not occur. We are then given a delivery date about a month away. Clearly, there is no intention of delivery but hopes that we will not cancel the order.

    Everything works great, but difficult to keep clean. Scratches pretty easy as well.
    Main issue is that the knobs are too easy to accidentally get pressed in and turn on the burner. We’ve had it less than a year and have done this at least 3 times. Also, the knobs get super hot when using the top oven.

    Within five years all igniters failed as well as the range igniter. My parents owned their oven for 30 years and never had to make a single repair. Very disappointing for an expensive appliance from a supposedly nice brand. I cry for all my friends who are putting these in their new homes. Just know you can buy the igniters for $20 on that one online store rather than hundreds from the oem.

    Switched to kitchen aid after my LG oven wouldnt want to heat anymore. This double oven has helped with my business and while im baking my family can use the top oven to cook dinner and they can change the temperature between the upper and lower oven. 10/10 best quality in cooking and performance.

    Love my Kitchenaid oven! The quality is great. It is durable. The double oven and 5 burners. It heats very fast and very very hot. I was not used to how quick it heats and how hot it gets but I love it. It was pricey but worth it! Kitchenaid is a trusted brand in my book now.

    Grates on stove are extremely heavy. Top of stove has scratches due to trying to move the heavy grates. Stove at the bottom is very low and hard to remove items. This item is not recommended for a senior or someone who has back problems. This is the worst stove I have purchased in 70 years.

    Very well built with quality materials. Easy to clean as well. Top oven heats up fast and bottom oven heats up like any other. Being able to use 2 ovens and a cook top all together is great.

    Scratched the top the first week when removing the heavy grates to clean the cooktop. The surface area of the burners are very small making it impossible to use more than one full sized pot/pan on one side at a time. The bottom oven is very low and awkward when trying to load in and out items. This is the first time I purchased a stove and have learned my lesson.

    We purchased this stove a little more than two years ago. Overall, we do like it quite alot, however, some complaints are:

    The knobs are NOT steel and the WILL end up flaking in due time. My expectation would be, especially at this price point, that knobs would be much more durable.

    Customer service is subpar at kitchenaid. I called three times for assistance with the stove, the peeling knobs, and they HAVE to have the serial number. Good luck finding it and getting support from customer service.     If you have a problem, the serial number is located on the top left poetion of the stove, on the back. You do not need to pull it out, they are on three plates tjat can be pulled up. I have a picture below

    Lastly, our top over for baking stopped working. Again, i would expect a stove at this price point to be functional longer than ober two years.

    I like that you can have the over unit operating at two different temperature, as well as convection option on the bottom

    Purchased KitchenAid double oven stove picked up November 17 2023 I love love the double oven very striking appear larger than my other stove although they’re same size. Works stove and oven perform well as I expected from KitchenAid products. However because it’s stainless steel difficult to keep clean.

    Best stove for cooking Christmas dinner. Only thing bad about it is the top of stove is stainless steel so when you drop it’s on your stainless steel which is hard to clean. I love my stove and I’m a pridessionsl cook. Top oven heats in less than 3 mins to 475 degrees. Makes morning breakfast biscuits and gravy simply fast and efficiently! Bottom oven gears up relatively quick too. Love the confection oven with simple convert the s a no guessing game. Simply plug your regular oven directions into to stove and it converts to. Once ruin with an automatic shut off!

    Having two ovens is cool. However knobs peeled within a year and had sharp edges. Glowplug had to be replaced less than 4 years in. There is only one burner that can boil water readily. The back burners can keep things warm at most. Griddle stayed black for a week before the finish started to come off
