    I was hoping this little chopper would be strong enough to mix small cashew based salad dressings, etc. but it still comes out a little gritty. Also wish I could run it without having to hold the lever down. That being said, it’s still a nice little chopper and I will use it for that. I’m replacing a little Ninja, and this is a good replacement.
