I love my new dishwasher! love the black stainless steel. No fingerprints. It is so quiet. Store manager, Dustin was very helpful.
It took awhile to get it due to factory orders delayed because of COVID. I would rate this appliance as great! I will soon buy a refrigerator (black stainless steel of course)

Definitely hear it running. At 39 DBA thought it was suppose to be nearly silent. *************ALSO: you can only use the heated dry option if you select the Pro wash cycle. So express wash, normal wash, rinse only,=CANNOT USE HEATED DRY FUNCTION! Why pay $1000 for something you can only use the heated dry on ONE cycle??? And one more thing, the latch to keep door closed seems very flimsy plastic. Also the latch to open/close detergent holder is very flimsy plastic! I feel like the detergent door holder is not going to last. BB customer service=NOT HELPFUL!!!

My gosh! This thing is incredibly quiet, and does a PERFECT job of cleaning the dishes. There are times I forget that I’ve turned it on, because it’s so quiet. I live in a ranch style home, so I used to be able to hear my old dishwasher from any room on the main floor. Now, I can’t even hear it when I’m right next to it. Awesome!

Had the unit professionally installed on November 30th,2020, unit now has failed on December 24th, 2020, not even 30 days later. Where is the quality control? Cant get service since it is Christmas. Buy something else and avoid the issues.

We purchased this one during the Black Friday sale. When they came to install it, it didn’t work. The installer tried to troubleshoot it, but he couldn’t figure it out. So we tried to get another one delivered, but it was on backorder. So we ended up getting another brand.

I really like this machine. I replaced my wonderful Bosch after 20 years of great service. Unfortunately, I got a Samsung and after it was put in it never worked. After 5 weeks Best Buy finally came out and twiddled something and it worked, but did a mediocre job and was not quiet. After complaining I didn’t like it they upgraded me to this KitchenAid which had front controls I could see with the door closed, and it was much quieter and worked much better. It has a better layout inside and works like my old Bosch.

Extremely quiet!!!! Hardly know that it is running. Cleans dishes as expected.
The middle rack is lower to accommodate the third top rack and with a bad back is more difficult to fill.

I purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. I cannot figure out how to open the door. I’ve tried resetting the power, verifying the door lock control is not activated, felt around for handles…..nothing. Beautiful dishwasher, but if I cannot open the door…..it’s worthless. Will keep trying.

This dishwasher works very well. I’ve always been a wash the dishes before you run a load person but I don’t have to do that anymore. It’ll actually clean dirty dishes, it’s great! It is not as quiet and I was expecting so that’s a bummer but it’s still quieter than my old one and it cleans well so who cares.
