As stated in some reviews, it is a bit tough to get the bucket back in to place, but this dehumidifier is otherwise terrific. It has removed the musty smell from the basement and lowered the humidity nicely. Touch pad controls are easy to understand and use.

Very pleased with this dehumidifier. Did have issue connecting a drain hose. Difficult to attach the clear tube to the external drain capability.

This dude does a great job. I put this in comfort mode in my basement. During rainy season it’s really damp and basement smelling. This dehumidifier took that away by end of day. Combo this with an air purifier and perfect product, a 4 star only because I’d like more fan options. It’s just off normal and fast speeds. The sound is as loud as a swamp fan or whole house fan. So it’s definitely noticable but not overpowering. Great product.
