It doesn’t work as well as i expected. You are supposed to pack the coffee grounds in the cup, initiate the brew, and oftentimes the water does not flowing through all of your coffee grounds resulting in a weak and reduced concentration cup of coffee. The coffee grounds will be dry on the inside which is so frustrating. It takes several attempts to get the desired taste. I don’t always have the patience for this therefore I don’t use this cup very often and just use regular K-cups.

Once you figure out how to use it is it amazing. The instructions aren’t clear and does not tell you to remove the center piece for the smart brewers. I had to find out on YouTube

Not sure what problem this product addresses. I had been considering this item for a while and picked it up on a whim, then after a single use realized it doesn’t make much sense. I wanted the ease of Keurig, without the mess of cleaning up afterwards. I wanted the stronger taste of premium coffee. What I got was a mess, because you need to manually clean the pod after use, and weak coffee because the water shoots through. I’ll stick to using KPods when I’m in a rush and stick to pour overs when I want the good stuff. There’s a time and place for both of these individually; no reason to jam the functionality into a single product.

I have one of these and not happy with it. When using with purchased ground coffee, it lets a lot of silt pass through into the cup. So I bought some paper filters (with top flaps). That stopped most of the silt, but it would restrict the brew’s flow enough that some would flow back out the top of this insert. Never could get this insert to work good-so I gave up on it.

Still trying to figure this one out. I got it for my new Keurig and am still trying to shove it in machine. I sometimes run out of pods and keep ground coffee around. I’m sure I’ll be able to get it in there when I read all the instructions again. Maybe there is a help line to call. I’ll try again later and let you know.

Did not want to contribute to K-cup trash in landfills. Struggled at first to replace the cap but the secret is to underfill the cup with your own grounds and match up the dots. Twist to the left. Using a FINE ground gives you the strongest flavor.

I purchased a reusable Keurig filter when I first got the Keurig. It worded perfectly but over time the plastic became brittle and needed replacing. The new version does the job but now has an inner basket and more than one part in the lid. It is difficult to reassemble. Sorry but I cannot recommend this.

I dislike the waste of K-cups, so when I purchased a keurig I knew I needed the reusable cups. I can use my preferred coffee brand and its easy to clean the parts. Bought 3 to ensure I always have one ready to use. Reccommend!

Difficult to assemble so as to get the coffee in the cup!! It does great sometimes but at other times it’s a mess. I grind my own coffee beans and don’t use the disposable pod because the pod cannot be recycled.
