    This machine is hugely noisy… making a cup from a pod wakes up my wife in the other end of the house! The water reservoir is funky because it is wide and shallow, hard to carry from the sink to the coffee maker without spilling water on the floor along the way. And, the second pot I made, something happened in the filter basket so that much of the grounds flowed out of the basket, fouling the machine and ruining the pot of coffee. It was quite difficult to clean after that mess because you can’t take it apart (other than removing the basket assembly). I’m sorry I purchased this machine.

    Great if you need to minimize counter space. Works as advertised. Two things: I wish the water reservoir held more water. And while it is nice having the auto shutoff feature; the default ‘off’ time is set too short.

    I ❤️ this Keurig coffee maker. My coffee is very hot and it is not weak and even the 12 cup it tastes very good and strong and strong is optional I-like mine coffee strong

    This works great. It allows me to have either a single cup of coffee by myself, or it allows me to make a Pot of coffee when both me and my wife are sharing our mornings. The product has worked correctly without any issues of it breaking.

    After about 2 hours, the burner plate for the pot turns off. It is easy to turn back on by hitting the power button and then holding the pot button down.

    If you want to be a tecurring customer to kurig year after year, then proceed with purchase. This is my now third kurig machine in the last 5 years. Same problem eachtime roight around the year and a half mark of ownership. We descale it one every other month only for the descale light to stay on and it not brew fully after. Very frustrating to go through year after year.

    This is great. My husband has to have a whole pot of coffee and takes it to work, I only drink one cup so I make just one and this is just what we needed, we use to have two different ones and they took up the whole counter, this works great We love it.

    I love the versatility of this machine. I have owned 4 Keurigs and I’ve noticed eventually the power button will give me trouble. This machine has been great which is what I needed for my Air B&B.

    THIS COFFEE MAKER LET ME DOWN IT WAS NOPT VERY OLD WHEN THE PONE CUP MAKER JUST STOPPED WORKING AND WHEN YOU USED THE COFFEE POT IT LEAKED ALL OVER THE PLACE WHEN YOU POURED IT.

    This thing is super convenient. Wish there was more control over the carafe side when making traditional coffee because the minimum amount you have to make is quite a lot. So if you want a single cup of coffee you have to either do K-Cup or get pretty jacked up on multiple cups of coffee with the carafe side otherwise you are wasting coffee.

    Just having the Keurig in general has up to my coffee intake just because of the sheer convenience. I was able to cut back a lot on coffee prior to this machine because I didn’t feel like making traditional coffee with grounds, filter, etc. Now if I want a cup of coffee I can have one within about 90 seconds!

    As anyone that has had a Keurig knows, these things only lasts about 2 years. This is my 3rd one. It works like a Keurig normally works. It is just a nicer looking version.

    Worst ever did not last 1yr. I have owned 3 other kurigs with no issues. Very disappointed, i use distilled water. Now it wont brew anything. I thought kurig was a good brand based on my other 2 i have owned

    Pot dribbles coffee if you pour too quickly which can make a mess.

    The carafe dribbled a lot when I tried pouring a cup. I tried pouring slower, but it was still making a mess. I contacted Keurig directly and they sent me a new one with no hassle. It works fine.
