    I am over this coffee pot, loved the idea of having the 2 in 1; but you risk impalement trying to put in a k-cup because the holder won’t open wide enough and the most ANNOYING thing is the coffee pot leaks like a sieve when you try to pour a cup. Going back to 2 separate coffee makers.

    I ordered this item and it was delivered fast. Only problem was it was never delivered. I called Best Buy and was on the phone for about 1.5 hours to try to resolve the issue and thought we had. The rep informed me that I would get another one shipped and arrive in 3 days. 5 days went by and nothing delivered. Called Best Buy again and spoke to another rep. Turns out after spending 1.5 hours on the phone, nothing was actually entered in the system, the replacement was never sent and I’m not even gonna bother with Best Buy again.

    Love the dual options, but I’m having to return/replace after the first week as the auto program doesn’t work. Called Keurig and went through trouble shooting, and they confirmed it wasn’t working correctly.

    So far I really like this coffee maker. There are times that I want to make a full pot of coffee and this fits the bill for doing so and still have the ability to make one K-cup.
    Don’t like the water container on the back side. It is harder to fill and set into place. Wish the container would hold more water so one would not have to refill as often.

    I was very pleased with this purchase. We have had a very old version of a Keurig for about five years and I’ve been warning an upgrade when we looked into buying this one it seemed as though it was meant to be it’s perfect for when you have more than one person to make a pot of coffee or when it’s just you to make a single cup, I really like that you have choices on the sizes of the single serve cups. we have very much enjoyed this one and I’m so beyond glad for this purchase I would recommend this Keurig to anybody.

    Brews good coffee. Not at all happy anout yhe mess that happens when pouring a cup. Deffinate design flaw with the pot. Get me a pot that wirks properly and I’ll change mybreview to a 5 star. I know you are aware of this issue after reading several other reviews.

    this product gets the job D O N E. if you want a dependable coffee maker, the Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Single Serve does the job for me. For the price, it would be hard to find a better coffee maker if you’re a caffeine-head like me. The process of ordering and picking up this AWAKENING machine at my local BEST BUY was fairly quick and easy. Highly recommended. It’s a good starter coffee maker for those interested in the bean thing.

    I read a lot of reviews about the pot dripping, I decided to give it a try anyway, because I still have my one if it did drip. We have been using the Duo for about 2 months now and no problems. Cafe doesn’t drip and the burner keeps it good and hot. I have noticed that it is hotter if you wait for about 5 minutes after it’s done brewing
