I was surprised at the sheer size and mass of the box when I picked this up. When I got it home and unpacked it, I was greatly impressed with the quality of all the parts. Nothing chintzy at all. It was a breeze to install, and now I can move my 27″ monitor all over the place. This is a well-engineered piece of hardware.

At work I have arm mounted monitors and I have grown to love the ease of movement and how it helps keep my desk clear for other uses. When I replaced my old iMac that had the regular stand, I figured that I should try the version without the stand and with the built in VESA mount. While Apple doesn’t offer a mount on their own (and it would probably cost like half a million dollars with the Apple Tax), the Kanto looks nice and had really good review. I put the iMac and arm together in minutes and had everything the way I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I can move my iMac with ease to all different parts of my home desk depending on what I’m doing and what I need space for. I will NEVER go back to a traditional stand for a monitor or iMac again. The Kanto is easy to install and adjust the tension and it looks better than most monitor arms out there. If you are looking for a great monitor mount, or in this case, an entire iMac mount, look no further than the Kanto!

Had this over a month and it’s still holding up my monitor. I’m surprised it can hold this heavy 4K monitor. Not sure how much my monitor weights but it’s more than 5lbs.. Only thing is that I have to adjust the joints with an l-wrench if I plan to adjust the viewing position, but I can rotate it left and right as much as I want.

I purchased the mountit! First and right out of the box it was junk. Cheaply built. But this one is amazing. Doesn’t budge with my heavy monitor on it. Easy to install and just simply amazing. Worth the money don’t cheap out

Awsome new look for setup and even better it allows more room on my table and monuverability over the OE stand.
Very clean and minimal.
If cables are not wrapped then not so good but I very quickly fixed that.
