    I was initially happy with this purchase. Certainly not the highest quality audio or comfort but perfectly serviceable, and at a low price. However, after about one month the audio volume became inconsistent, first in one earbud then both. Sometimes fidgeting with them or changing the angle of them in my ear “fixes” it temporarily, so I suspect there must be loose connections inside the earbuds, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to open them easily.

    For context, I traveled with them daily, usually wrapped loosely in a front pants pocket when I wasn’t actively using them. I suppose something about that could have damaged them, but I feel like storing them in a pocket should qualify as normal use rather than mistreatment.

    I really like these JVC ear buds. I bought a different brand about 1 months before this purchase. Those ear buds shorted out before 30 days of my ownership, JVC earbuds, however are still working excellently. I have no complaints! I just wished they were in stock when I made my 1st purchase!

    Best buy charged me for a tower computer twice and refused to repay me, because it showed correctly in their system. I shower them my bank record. They told me tough luck call corporate. I called for a month no answer.

    Sound is clear and the fit is nice. I can even lay down on a pillow with the earphone in without an issue. It is contoured so you know which earbud fits in which ear. I am used to earbuds with rubber plugs, but the rubber parts tend to get loose after they age a little and fall off and get lost after a while. I used the earphones only once, and the other side did not have any problem hearing me.

    Good earbuds. Better than others in the market. Good price as well. I’ve been using them for sometime. Sometimes I heard from my callers that they can’t hear me well and that voice fades away. Also, sometimes either right or left ear bud stops working and I have to replace them.
