We love this thing. Replaced a Kuerig. Better coffee and no pods!

Its taste is really great. Better than Starbucks. And very convenient to use and very intuitive for users.
One thing as a caveat, it has many residues after extracting coffee. Sometimes it causes a problem to maintain its coffee quality. However I think this issue can be easily covered with protection program from best buy.

I am satisfied with the performance of the Jura coffee machine after the first month of use. Prior to that, Saeko had been using for 12 years. Setting up the machine in different modes is quite simple and does not take much time. It is imperative to monitor the level of coffee grounds and prevent overfilling of the drained liquid reservoir.
