Do not buy this machine! Certified repair shops can’t fix it and say they only last 3-4 years. They can’t even figure out what’s wrong with it. Had to take it to a certified shop 6 hours away in Kamloops as the repair shops closer say they won’t work with them anymore. Been 7 months since they started working on it. They told us parts are hard to get and even when they get them they are not sure if that will fix it. We have since sold our house and now are on the line to buy a replacement machine as there is an empty spot in the custom cabinets. I would never buy a built in again. Biggest pain in my life to try to get resolved. So not worth it unless you are prepared to buy a brand new machine every 3-4 years. Ours was 2.5 years old so didn’t even last as long as the service shops say they typically last. Buy a nice counter top model that won’t cause you grief if and when you need to replace it.
