The 30″ is a little narrow to put a pan on every burner, but the range of burners gives multiple options to choose from and allows for flexable cooking.
The nobles are much heavier and grated feel a lot more sturdy than other parts we checked out.
All in all we are really happy with this item so far.

A low profile excellent gas cooktop. Metal knobs won’t get hot like the last one (kitchenaid cooktop) we owned. Steel finish easy to clean & maintain. Bottom line, wife loved it.
